Probably... there is no way he could have been that lucky.

We got pizz tests after every leave period, after every 72, after every 96, and once a week they drew a number and if that number was the last number of your SSN you had to go to Battalion HQ and pizz again.
Yep. Once a cycle for us (16 days). Twice a month when I was on day work. Immediately upon return from deployment (oddly, never when outbound).

you'd think with the internet at your finger tips someone would have thought to maybe google montel and his services dates instead of assuming he was using while serving.

k, that would have required some thinking and forethought...so never mind.

Well aware of when Commander Williams served, thanks.

I'm being diplomatic.

Every 16 days...damn... that was more than us.

Of course that depends on the weekly pizz test lottery. I could go for a couple of months without getting called but there were times when I'd be called two to three weeks in a row.

Depends on the assignment. When I was at NSA HQ, I think I got pulled twice in six years.

Go figure.

Same here. Heck, if they tested for alcohol, half the guys in my unit woulda been classed as "embalmed."

I always got a kick out of guys who could form up for a hump in the early morning hours with that embalmed stench and manage to keep up.

Name one double blind laboratory study that isolates the active ingredient of cannabis, and produces documented therapeutic value over a significant sample and period, for a specified, empirically measured, objective ailment.

What you have now is a wonder drug that alleviates subjective things that can't be measured. It's pure snake oil, a placebo.. but mostly its just about getting high. The medical marijuana idustry is a racket.

Is it? Which of the 50+ compounds need to be isolated to test for medicinal values or do they work as whole?

If Montel Williams really trusted refined cannabis as medicine he'd have instituted a therapeutic regime based on regulated application by conventional methods (pill, injection, patch) of ONE purified element (THC) in defined dosages.. with a system of measurement of results and as with all powerful narcotics, a plan to wean the patient off of dependence.

None of these things were of interest to Montel, who is steeped in the 'smoking' culture of weed, with its 60 odd noxious ingredients (none of which have been tested) and really just wanted to get high.. permanently. Neither he nor the marijuana industry is interested in research or therapy.. that's just part of the marketing pitch.

And that my friend, is where you display your gross ignorance. I've had medical marijuana that really doesn't get me high, but it has a fantastic analgesic effect without the nasty side-effects of and long-term use damage caused by narcotic painkillers.
