I agree in that I think the main concern has to be for the safety of innocent people.

The dude was a criminal and he was not very smart.

He should have said he was a Muslim and that he is being discriminated against.
Then the Libs would have bent over backwards for him and given him a CDN Passport.

... not an alias?

Nope- Actually Bill was a helluva nice guy person to person who should NEVER have been a Premier. He just could never understand that there are people in society who object to working 16 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Closing the barn door after the horse is out never has worked.

1 horse, rest of the barn inhabitants? There are some who learn from anothers mistake.
This guy reads like a sereal offender. Let him be an example...

Our legal system hasn't. Nor has society in general. We still seem to think the mentally ill are just capable of understanding their problem and getting help.

I watched my wife deteriorate for a few years and refuse to go to get help because she feared that I was just trying to "lock her away". Eventually she got the help because she tried to push her father down the stairs. It sickens me when people try to blame her for her symptoms. Shame on you.

if that's not what you meant by what you said, then please explain. Unless you no longer wish to discuss this...

or he's quite accustomed to the status quo of intentional misunderstanding which runs rampant here.

There's a difference between ignoring actions and blaming individuals for those actions. No person with mental illness should be sanctioned and only those that are not an imminent threat to themselves or others should be locked up.
