If Trump had a way to make every single American an instant billionaire, cure every disease and give everybody whatever they want those who don't like him would still criticize his every word and move. I think it makes them feel righteous.

If it's the one in Vancouver, it is an Arthur Erickson design and the project started years before Trump bought a piece of it, in exchange for his billboard. I'm wondering if the principals involved in the project now regret that the Trump name is on it, that it will damage their business and sully the good name of their building for a generation or so. The Trump name is definitely a liability in Canada and the Toronto project is frantically trying to get out from under it.

I'd agree with George Bush for sure! Paul Martin was not raised a wealthy boy, he made his own money working his ranks through politics. His parents were not raised wealthy.
Pierre Trudeau did go to law school so he must be somewhat smart since his father would not have had the clout or enough money to buy his sons way through.
Trump went to a regular kind of university and has no family history of politics and it all shows. He's lucky to have had his family wealth to get where he is. It's certainly not from his personal acumen
