Can you please be specific as to what he has stated that is a lie? There's a difference between lying and exaggerating (which he does to prove a point, I'll admit) but, like you stated about the CBC being Liberal Supporters or having a liberal bent, once you know that Ezra tends to exaggerate, you can then take that into consideration.

Mr. Levant is no stranger to legal problems spurred on by his mouth. Multiple references in this Huff Post article:

Levant has a right to his opinions, but the methods he uses to deliver them, and his ultimate motivation for doing so are far from ethical. That's my complaint.
