Are you purposely being stupid? I gave you an example of a college in my city. You want an example of a secondary school? Notre Dame secondary school is French only also. Hospitals aren't French or English only because that doesn't make sense.
You know, once that door is open, it's open wide - which will cost Quebec the Cree Nation (along with James Bay power) and Mohawk Nation (and power from the St Lawrence) which leaves you with kissing Labrador (and Churchill Falls) fanny ... and we all know how you've treated them.
