It’s Time for Whites to Condemn White Violence, Georgetown Sociologist Says

In the opinion pages of The New York Times on Thursday, sociologist Michael Eric Dyson named the hypocrisy by which white Americans who demand that all Muslims account for the “evil acts of a few” fail to criticize violence perpetrated by their white counterparts in uniform.

“At birth, you are given a pair of binoculars that see black life from a distance, never with the texture of intimacy,” Dyson wrote, providing context. “Those binoculars are privilege; they are status, regardless of your class.”

You hold an entire population of Muslims accountable for the evil acts of a few. Yet you rarely muster the courage to put down your binoculars, and with them, your corrosive self-pity, and see what we see. You say religions and cultures breed violence stoked by the complicity of silence because peoples will not denounce the villains who act in their names.

Yet you do the same. You do not condemn these cops; to do so, you would have to condemn the culture that produced them — the same culture that produced you. Black people will continue to die at the hands of cops as long as we deny that whiteness can be more important in explaining those cops’ behavior than the dangerous circumstances they face.

You cannot know how we secretly curse the cowardice of whites who know what I write is true, but dare not say it. Neither will your smug insistence that you are different — not like that ocean of unenlightened whites — satisfy us any longer. It makes the killings worse to know that your disapproval of them has spared your reputations and not our lives.

You do not know that after we get angry with you, we get even angrier with ourselves, because we don’t know how to make you stop, or how to make you care enough to stop those who pull the triggers. What else could explain the white silence that usually greets these events? Sure, there is often an official response, sometimes even government apologies, but from the rest of the country, what? We see the wringing of white hands in frustration at just how complex the problem is and how hard it is to tell from the angles of the video just what went down.

If whites make no effort to understand the perspectives of black Americans, then “whiteness is blindness,” Dyson added.

The White Lives Matters movement will be listed as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center when it releases its annual Hate Map in February.

"I can't speak to how many chapters will be listed, but it's clear that the leadership of the group, the ends of the group -- it's just a flat-out white supremacist group," said Heidi Beirich, director of the center's Intelligence Report.

"The ideology behind it, the racist leaders, everything about it is racist," Beirich added.

The leadership Beirich refers to is 40-year-old Rebecca Barnette. In addition to having her hands in the White Lives Matter movement, Barnette is also the vice president of the women's division of the skinhead group Aryan Strikeforce.

The center points to posts on Barnette's page on vk.com, a Russian social networking site used by white supremacists due to its lack of censorship.

In an Aug. 3 post on "Intelligence Report," the center reports, "Barnette says that Jews and Muslims have formed an alliance 'to commit genocide of epic proportions' of the white race. Now is the time, she adds in the same post, for 'the blood of our enemies [to] soak our soil to form new mortar to rebuild our landmasses.'"

"Her background, the rhetoric of the group, the hangers-on of the group are white supremacist," Beirich said. "The only question is how widespread they are, how many chapters there are."

It is also worth noting that the phrase "14 Words" seen on posters at these events is a reference to the popular white supremacist slogan "We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children." The slogan was coined by David Lane, a member of the white supremacist terrorist group known as The Order, who later died in prison in 2007.

It also is sometimes used in reference to the slogan, "Because the beauty of the White Aryan woman must not perish from the earth," which was also coined by Lane.

The group waved Confederate flags - a historic symbol, yes, but one that is also associated with slavery and oppression - and wore guns. As a result not everyone was convinced when Ken Reed, one of the protesters, said, "It has nothing to do with racism on our part."

"The Confederate flag throws me off," resident Quintina Richardson said during the protest. "You're saying Black Lives Matter is a racist organization but when you're throwing the Confederate flag up and saying White Lives Matter, are you saying you're racist?"

The same question has been asked about the Black Lives Matter movement, the movement which inadvertently birthed its antithesis.

Short answer: The center says the Black Lives Matter movement is not a hate group because it seeks to promote a race that has been marginalized throughout history (in other words, black lives also matter.) Plus, the center points out the movement's leaders have condemned violence.

The center also points to the fact that "thousands of white people across America – indeed, people of all races – have marched in solidarity with African Americans during BLM (Black Lives Matter) marches, as is clear from the group's website."

Looking at the photos above, the reverse can't be said for the White Lives Matter group.

What a f*cking load of bullsh*t. Just another typical White-guilt progtard cuck who ignores real history.

Let's look at some facts. FACT: There were more White slaves in America than Black slaves. FACT: Africans were actually the third wave of slaves in America, after Native Americans and White people.
Meanwhile, if the Confederate flag is a symbol of slavery, racism and oppression, well then why the hell hasn't the Stars and Stripes been banned? It could easily be regarded as a symbol of racism, slavery, oppression, mass murder and theft on a grand scale.
Here's some more bullsh*t.
You do not condemn these cops; to do so, you would have to condemn the culture that produced them — the same culture that produced you.
The same culture that produced me. Really now? So the same culture that produces Black cops who are 3.3 times more likely to discharge their firearms at an active crime scene is the same culture that produced me? F*ck off, moron. Police acting like a$$holes isn't restricted to just White countries either, but yeah, let's blame Whitey for the police culture.
Has the goof from Georgetown spent more than 3 seconds on FB? The condemnation of police violence is all over the site with plenty of White people who are outraged by the violence and openly condemn it.
And therein lays the irony of it all. Muslim kills 40 something people at a nightclub. Hardly a whisper from the Muslims. Even weirder, the progtards and Democrats then went out of their way to blame everyone and everything except the individual who actually did the killing. Meanwhile, one imam gets has head blown off and suddenly every f*cking Muslim in the country starts howling with rage.

Then you have idiot groups like BLM who get pissed off at Whitey when a Black cop kills a Black person. And the crap about the center pointing out the movement's leaders having condemned violence is a load of bullllllllllsh*t. The head of BLM has a cute little manifesto calling for anarchy. That is BLM's aim, full stop!
And in the same way MANY White people have condemned the KKK, more and more Black people are condemning BLM because they see them for what they really are. At this point, we need another verifiable fact and here it is. In 2015, police were responsible for 4% of all the Black people who were killed. Keep in mind that at least some of those shootings were justifiable. Now, that leaves 96% who were killed by someone else. The vast bulk of that "someone else" was, drum roll please, Black people.
Another fun fact; While Black people are more likely to be hassled by police, calling criminal profiling "racial" profiling is just more PC nonsense. Look, 13-14% of the population is responsible for about 50% of the violent crimes in the US. But I digress, the point is, while you're more likely to be hassled by the police simply because you're Black, there's no real difference in the rates of abuse and violence between ethnic/racial groups once you've been arrested.

Are there bad cops out there who abuse their positions? You damn well bet there are. But here's a real shocker for you, they're not all White! And here's the difference. When a white cop abuses/shoots/kills someone who is not a criminal and wasn't doing anything wrong, White people do speak out regardless of the victim's race. When a Black cop shoots and kills an armed Black suspect with a stolen gun and a long rap sheet, the default mode is to blame Whitey for it.
Regardless of the little cuck's assurance that BLM actually means "Black people also matter", the truth is there for all to see, BLM really means ONLY Black Lives Matter. And apparently, the White guilt cucks feel the same way. They'd rather push the bullsh*t narrative rather than admit than in any given year, cops kill about twice as many White people as Black people.

And now we know why multi culturalism doesn't work. Nature never intended it to be. Nature wants the strongest to survive. Nature wants diffrences and it wants us to compete between the diffrences so that nature can continue to evolve.

By elimination of the weak and survival of the strongest.

Racism will never be eliminated. It's part of nature. Bio diversity of our planet depends on it.

These white *** pale face are smoking their bongs, packing guns and shooting at anything that moves, what the hell man!!, get these god*&^m no good white folks out of there. If we only had known sooner :(( that we were doing so much harm and having such bad influence, we would have left. Thank you Dyson for the awakening.
