Not odd at all if you've been paying attention and listening. Most women just aren't up to facing the scrutiny, doubt and humiliation of going through the hoops. Their past life is examined with a fine tooth comb while the perpetrator in many cases doesn't even have to make a statement. Anyone who watched the documentary recently on C.B.C.on the women at U.B.C. who were getting raped would understand this. The same things applied to the victims of Bill Cosby.

Bill is also innocent until proven guilty. My understanding is that in the time between when I wrote that post and now there have been some charges against him and we will see what happens when they get to court.

Bill Cosby's lawyers seek to force accuser to repay settlement
Maryclaire Dale, THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

PHILADELPHIA -- Bill Cosby's lawyers argued on Friday that a woman accusing him of sexual assault had to notify him before she spoke to police last year under the terms of their confidential civil settlement.
Cosby wants a federal judge in Philadelphia to void the 2006 court settlement and order Andrea Constand to refund the money he paid her. The amount has never been disclosed.
Cosby sued Constand for breach of contract in February the day before her lawyers testified at a key hearing in his criminal case. Constand's lawyers, along with her mother, were also named as defendants for the information they provided. The lawyers argued Friday that Cosby filed the suit to "chill" the testimony of key witnesses at his upcoming criminal trial.
Lawyer Dolores Troiani called the lawsuit "disturbing and distasteful" and asked that it be dismissed. She said the settlement clearly carves out an exception for Constand to keep mum if authorities request secrecy.
U.S. District Judge Eduardo Robreno did not immediately rule on the request.
Constand met Cosby in about 2004 when she worked at Temple University, where he was a longtime trustee. She went to police in 2005 to say the TV star had sexually assaulted her at his home as she sought career advice. Cosby wasn't charged at the time but was arrested a decade later, in December, after his testimony in the lawsuit was unsealed and dozens of other accusers had come forward.
Cosby acknowledged giving Constand three blue pills for stress that night and having sexual contact with her, but he said it was consensual.
His lawyers asked on Friday that Constand and the other defendants be deposed soon about the contract violations he alleges.
"If there was a request for her to speak to law enforcement, she was supposed to advise us," lawyer Samuel Silver argued.
However, he asked that Cosby's deposition be put on hold amid the criminal case, a request that did not sit well with Troiani.
"This is hanging over their heads," she said. "If he's not ready to proceed, then he should withdraw (the suit) or it should be dismissed."
She said Cosby first breached the confidentiality clause with public denials that his agents made over the years to the various sex-assault allegations.
Cosby is due in court in the criminal case next week in suburban Montgomery County, where he will again ask that the charges be dropped. No trial date has been set.

Bill Cosby allowed to sue sex assault accuser

Bill Cosby has been granted permission to sue his sex assault accuser over comments she recently made to the media and online.
The embattled comedian is facing felony charges of aggravated indecent assault amid allegations he drugged and sexually assaulted Andrea Constand, a former employee of his alma mater Temple University, at his Pennsylvania home in 2004.
The actor was not charged at the time, but he did strike a confidential settlement in a 2005 civil lawsuit filed against him by Constand.
His deposition in the case remained sealed until last year, when it was revealed he had admitted to obtaining powerful sedatives to give to women he wanted to sleep with. The evidence was enough for prosecutors to press charges.
Cosby, who maintains his innocence, has since tried to fight back, arguing Constand should be made to pay back the financial sum she received because she violated the terms of the settlement by co-operating in the criminal trial.
The case went before U.S. District Judge Eduardo Robreno on Friday, when he shut down Cosby's breach of contract claim.
However, the judge did give the entertainer permission to proceed with legal action over messages Constand posted to Twitter.com in 2014 and remarks she made about the case to the Toronto Sun last summer.
Cosby can also sue her lawyers, Dolores Troiani and Bebe Kivitz, for an open letter published in the Philadelphia Inquirer, in which they addressed Bruce L. Castor, Jr., the previous district attorney who declined to prosecute the star back in 2004.
In addition, the 79-year-old can investigate how his deposition made its way to the media, leading to his arrest in December (15).
Cosby's representatives have declined to comment on the lawsuit ruling, which emerges as the actor prepares to be arraigned for his criminal charges on Wednesday (20Jul16).
The veteran comedian, who is free on $1 million bail, has been accused of rape, drugging and/or performing inappropriate sex acts by over 50 women. He has denied all allegations. Almost all of the decades-old incidents cannot be brought to trial because the accusers waited too long to file complaints against Cosby.
He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted in the criminal trial.

I've turned against this rapist a long time ago, right on the dot with the 3rd abused. Anybody who tried to excuse or protect him after that were fools. Probably many of the same people who cheered when O.J. Simpson was set free to go golfing, while 2 kids grew up without a mom, and Ron and Nicole's family spent their Sundays at a graveyard.

Cosby was an imbecile to behave that way. He turned old and his looks turned bad. You need sex, go to an elegant call girl and she will treat you like a king. You will feel great and nobody will accuse you of anything.

Bill Cosby now 'completely blind'
Disgraced funnyman in ‘own personal hell’

Fallen funnyman Bill Cosby has gone “completely blind” with both his legacy and health totally in tatters.
Cosby’s reputation as “America’s Dad” was torpedoed as a slew of sexual assault allegations pummeled the Fat Albert creator.
“His alleged victims may take some solace in the fact that he’s in his own personal hell. He has been suffering from a degenerative eye disease and is completely blind .?.?. All his Hollywood friends have turned their backs on him,” a source told the New York Post.
“He is confined to his house in Pennsylvania, and the only person on his side is his wife, Camille, who is masterminding his defence. His only friends are the small army of lawyers on his payroll.”
The Post said that Cosby’s sight has been declining for a number of years. In January, the former Pudding Pop pitchman’s lawyer, Monique Presley, admitted as much.
“He’s a 78-year-old blind man [he’s now 79] who they’ve chosen to charge. That’s not a defence to a charge, that’s just a fact,” she told reporters.
The former star allegedly suffers from a degenerative eye condition called keratoconus -- a condition causing the eye’s cornea to bulge.
Cosby has been ordered to stand trial on sex assault charges. He faces three counts of felony aggravated indecent assault from a 2004 case involving Toronto native Andrea Constand.
She was the first of more than 50 women accusing Cosby of sexual misconduct. For his part, Cosby is trying to sue Constand claiming she breached a confidentiality agreement when they settled out of court in 2006.

Is the world starting to turn against Bill Cosby?

Nope.. I'm sorry to sound sexist, but I think these women are full of BS.

If you're rapped you go to the police right away, and 20 years later.

But only if you're an ignoramus that don't have the first notion what it means.
It means the 'Feets don't fail me now.' is most likely a quote from a kid who was as*raped by the 'funny man'.
Why not use this as a springboard to crash the guy who runs a pedo island for high society members like B. Clinton?
