independent country to province treated as the ATM for
a nation. Quebec should be treated like a have not
province like the NBA should be treated like a pack of
midgets.

Alberta is a net contributor to Equilization to the tune of
about 200 Billion (with a "B"). Quebec is a net receiver of
Equilization to the tune of about.....200 Billion (with a "B").
Coincidence? Maybe....& I'm not from Alberta, nor do I
