Here's what I know about this guy, already: He was a bloody coward. He chose a target that would not/could not fight back. He should never have had the abiliy to obtain the means to shoot over a hundred people.

Shootings are normal in America. If a gunman kills four people in Britain it's a major news story. If a gunman kills four people in America it isn't.
This one is a fairly major story only because it's a Muslim terrorist attack.
