Since he kicked the US and the World Bank out I guess you are somewhat right. Does that mean Russia's status in the world is Putin's fault, I would say yes and to resulted in an approval rating of more than 90%, about the same as Trump will have after being in office as long as Putin was when the poll was taken. That put off this intentional collapse by a few years, they are still better of than Libya being saved by the US and the World Banksters.

No, the World Bank is doing what Hugo was preventing them from doing. The crimes of the US are well documented so all you are doing is confirming how out of touch from reality you really are.
