It would make things so much easier if he would just post the list of opinions that are acceptable, so we don't keep falling into these traps. :) :)

No worries, He won't harass you now that I'm here.

Those videos did not apply to immigration to Canada or the U.S. You were to fu cking stupid to figure that out. I saw no reason to hand feed you. You are supposedly a grown man.

Actually, I have posted a link, twice, concerning "opinions", and your contention that all opinions are valid.

When it comes to this OP, it is YOU that feels that you should have the final say in what is and is not news and what people should and should not be allowed to read. You have made it very clear that CBC should not have run with this story as you don't think it is worthy enough news for everyone to read.

Actually they are all valid in the sense that it's acceptable for a person to have them. Maybe the guy who opines the sky is pink is colour blind so to him it's the truth! :) Not as f**king smart as you think you are. :)

Sure, if it lets you sleep at night knowing I'll never be anywhere near your children. :) :)

You're missing the whole point.......................opinions are subjective things.

i never read much about this topic of the greyhound drop off or allegations of same within the forum.
i viewed the topic on the news, front line reporting of "he said she said",all I can say the whole ordeal presented as a big PR campaign, therefore it is best to not have an opinion of this strange topic.
PR campaigns will play themselves out as they are designed.

The thing that irked me was the C B C blew this thing wide open on the 6 AM news one morning just reporting what the mother had reported to them so it started out with what she said, she said, she said. Wouldn't proper reporting necessitate getting all sides of the story?

Then don't watch the CBC. Simple. Just like anything else. Don't like it, don't use it. Don't like windows 10, then don't use windows 10. Don't like the way or what the CBC reports, then don't watch the CBC. But, no, can't be doing that. Gotta bitch and whine about it.

You're full of B.S. again as usual. First of all it was radio so no watching was involved and secondly I help to pay for C B C so I should be able to criticise it when they aren't delivering. Why do you persist in deliberately wading into "quick sand"? After doing so a few hundred times you just make yourself look like an abject moron, but as the old saying goes "it's your funeral". :) :)

They are delivering. It appears though, that you feel that they are delivering too much. I see that you still stand behind you being the authority as to what news should be delivered to the little people.

So, we have 2 young girls being stranded in the middle of no where by a bus driver as not being worthy of being reported. What else is not worthy of being reported?

I'm sure as f**k glad you are not reporting the news. The bus driver is paid to drive the bus and his bus was full so there was no responsibility he was shirking. That's what happens when news people go off half cocked reporting "news", the situation gets all f**ked up. I'm no expert but I might see assigning blame to the person in Prince George who accepted/issued their tickets without ensuring there was clear passage through to Red Deer. We still don't know (to my knowledge) if the tickets were even valid and if they weren't it puts the dispatcher in P.G. further at fault. The last report I heard was something to the effect the girls while at the service station/restaurant/bus depot were vigilantly watched the entire time until they were picked up.

What is being discussed here is you deciding what does and does not get reported. What is being discussed here is you deciding what Canadians are allowed and not allowed to know about. Now, aside from these girls, what else are we not allowed to know about?

You have it backwards. What was reported (at first) was one side of the story. I'm in favour of everyone knowing the entire story. What we got was a bunch of drama.

Especially when they were right and you were wrong.

So difficult to admit when someone else is right when you have little self confidence like you do.

I know, but you keep working on it and you'll get it eventually.
