I've a cousin who lives in London and I'm sure he might miss the good Mexican food in America , he would probably never step foot in a McD's.

When you nip to a good old British chippy and buy fish and chips, it's real, actual battered fish that you get.
When you go into a McDonald's and buy Filet-O-Fish, there'll hardly be any real fish in it. Most of it will just be processed crap and horrible chemicals which is made to look and taste vaguely like fish.
It's like cheese. Britain does real cheese, and actually has more varieties than France - the likes of Cheddar and Red Leicester and Stinking Bishop and Wensleydale.
The Americans can't do cheese, however. The "cheese" in America - and maybe Canada, too - is all processed stuff that you squeeze from a tube like toothpaste.
