There's definitely wrong on both sides (you don't rough up a woman, unless she's physically beating you) but the truck driver deserves only a minor portion of the blame. He had a full right to do what he was doing at the location he was at. She possibly had a right to the location, but only as a protestor. Also she and her cronies instigated the altercation!
