What I bolded is more than adequate.

No, its not really. I have a sister who is a nurse and a brother-in-law who is a bean counter for AHS. According to them, what you bolded is nonsense. Perhaps you could try a little harder. What have I lost?

If you guys are going to be this stubborn it will just continue the downfall of the CPC.

Just keep channelling that Wally n CDNBear hate while the progressives keep pwning you.

It's more fun pointing out the gaping flaws in your logic and remarkably inaccurate statements... kinda like the idea that BC is 'in the black' with $65 billion in debt.

It doen't explain why Motley axed 1400 health care jobs.

That's why she's laughing in Flossys sig

Health Care
In October 1998 Klein had the old Calgary General Hospital demolished with explosives.[26]

In July 2005 Klein delivered a speech on the his "third way" in health care which would lie between the American system and the Canadian system.[27] He proposed a series of provincial health care reforms that would potentially violate the Canada Health Act. Klein's reforms for Alberta would have permitted for-profit care and made it possible to jump queues, to "allow patients to pay cash for some surgery and let doctors practice in both the public and private health systems."[1] Public outcry forced the government to listen to Albertans and the third way was not legislated.[27]

Klein responded by exclaiming, "I don't need this crap" and throwing the Liberal health care policy book at a seventeen-year-old page who had delivered the book during question period in the Alberta legislature.[28] The same booklet later sold on eBay for a reported $1,400, signed by Alberta's Liberal Leader Kevin Taft, with the caption, "Policy on the fly".[29] Earlier in the question period he also had to apologize for calling Liberal leader Kevin Taft a liar on the floor of the legislature, which is considered unparliamentary language. His apology consisted of saying, "Sorry, Mr. Speaker. I won't use the word 'fib.' I'll say that he doesn't tell the whole truth all the time - most of the time."[30][31] Reacting to comments made in March 2006 by Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty opposing any two-tiered health care system in Ontario that Klein has proposed in Alberta which would allow quicker access to surgery for those who pay, Klein stated "I'm no doctor, but I think that Mr. McGuinty's got a case of premature speculation".[1]

No it means you won't acknowledge my answer.
I have acknowledged your answer. It didn't answer my question. What have I lost?

Considering Alberta spends more per capita on program spending, you progressives need to explain how us Albertans are losing. I always thought you were in favour of more money for government programs

Finance Minister Robin Campbell and Premier Jim Prentice revealed Wednesday the Progressive Conservative government will implement a nine-per-cent budget cut across the board in next months’ budget as the province grapples with the impact of low oil prices and a slowing economy.

For many, the news was reminiscent of the mid-1990s when then-premier Ralph Klein — faced with a crippling, $20-billion debt — gutted parts of the provincial civic service, eliminating thousands of jobs. Grants to schools, hospitals, universities and municipalities were frozen. Many provincial employees lucky enough to keep working accepted a five-per-cent pay cut.

If you post it in bold it must answer the question at hand.

What is the date of that article? Perhaps it was when revenues were drying up and financial prudence would be more called for?
