Remember the Unforgiveable Curses are the Cruiciatus Curse, the Imperius Curse, and the Killing Curse.
None of those points are fallacious. They are not based on beliefs, but facts as ascertained from the "word of god". You have choosen to believe the passages as you interpret them. Had god been omnipotent and omniscient then he would NOT have had his men write a book that required interpretation and re-interpretation.
