Correct. "Wrong" is a noun (you did a wrong), a verb (you wrong someone), an adjective (that act is wrong), and an adverb (you spoke wrongly. A person who does wrong is a wrongdoer, and his actions are wrongdoing.
Note: this implies moral, rather than legal, wrong, but the wrong-doing can also be illegal.
Petros, I am now concerned about some terms that I am not sure are understandable by the common public who speak English:
Like the 'wrong-doing' or doing wrong: which means the transgression on people and plundering their rights. So when I say: 'wrong-doing' to indicate all such transgression, oppression, trespassing, iniquity, injustice; is the word 'wrong-doing' clearly understandable in this respect?

In fact, there are few words of importance, and I don't know really are they understandable or not:
To be an equal with God, or to join an equal with God.
