if partisanship can make a person dismiss the intelligence or any other positive quality of another human being they are lost in multiple ways...I can hate someone but I can still acknowledge their strengths, to dismiss someone's positive attributes or to be blinded to them because one does not like or agree with them is a personal weakness... people should be given their due

Hillary graduated from law school. Does that make her intelligent? I think not. Having a law degree is fine, but it isn't a mark of intelligence. What has she accomplished other than having a law degree? Her practice of law was undistinguished. Her Senate career was undistinguished. Her service as Secty. of State was disastrous. Do you remember the Russian Reset, the Pivot to Asia, the Arab Spring, the Syrian Civil War, Benghazi, the expansion of Jihadism, etc.?
There are several types of intelligence. Assuming for the sake of argument that she is book smart, you must admit that Hillary is wooden in terms of charm and public appeal to anyone other than a C unt.

well I will say she is way more intelligent than me JLM...I have no problem admitting that...she has at least 20 IQ points on me...for real...I simply cannot process and/or analyze the way she can...I couldn't get through law school and neither could most people of average intelligence there's simply too much to process

I know a kid who has just been called to the bar...I wouldn't even begin to put myself in that league intellectually

Actually Sal, most people can do whatever they make up their minds they can do. So law is her forte- you likely have fortes where you could run rings around her. While she may be confident in some areas I think she lacks it in others.
