What other custom or cultural garb that hides the face is permissible?

Next time you get busted ask for a sentencing circle.

You're wrong as usual. The reality is that the federal government makes allowances for other people based on culture and/or religion so either the practice is acceptable or it's not.

I don't recall reading about our 'cultural rights' in The Charter.

In addition, the woman in this example is not a citizen and the rules are spelled out clearly.

... I know why you are twisting the logic to make the excuses, it's because your messiah Justine, has given you the 'approved thoughts' on the issue and as such, you must carry his banner forth

The Aboriginal Justice Strategy is a prime example of where we willingly and openly treat people differently on a cultural basis.

Aboriginals aren't looking to immigrate to Canada, are they?

Clearly you don't. I disagree with the Liberals on this issue. I do not believe our institutions should bend to placate groups based on religion and culture. I'm just making fun of people that against placating when they dislike the religion or culture involved and support it when they like it.

I'm going to dumb it down for you because I know you are slow on the uptake. The Liberals believe she should be allowed to wear the niqab. I do not.

Clearly you don't.

I don't understand why you're emabrassed about the man-crush you have on Justine.... It's weird and creepy an all, but as long as you aren't sneaking into his house late at night and clipping a swatch of hair, then it's not technically illegal.

You aren't sneaking into his home at night, are you?

I'm going to dumb it down for

Technically speaking, all of your posts are the epitome of dumb, so I can't see how you could possibly 'go down' any further

Cornered again and trying to lie your way out? Has that ever worked?

I'm sure making it about me makes you feel better.

The reality is that I've been one of the few to consistently speak in favour of equality in law. It is you that has been caught making assumptions and now you're embarrassed. Shouldn't you be used to getting embarrassed by me? It's almost a daily occurrence lately

Nope... Nothing to refute

Don't be silly. Of course there is. I understand it's difficult for a troll like you. That's why I never really expect it.

That said, I do find it interesting that when I said I disagree with the Libs on this issue, you said there is nothing to refute. It would appear we are in agreement then

... I'm have pork chops.

Hehehehe...good thing there are no spelling nazis around. I'd have to make fun of them.
