Well, then, let me clarify.
The ACA was ill-conceived, poorly negociated, shrouded in lies, half-truths, and propaganda, badly rolled out, and is still being lied about by all sides. By any rational measure it is inferior to the health-care systems of the rest of the OECD in terms of three criteria:
1. Comparability of outcomes.
2. Universal coverage.
3. Per capita cost.
In other words, we could have taken any of 33 health-care systems, translated them to English, passed them in the U.S., and had a system superior to the one provided by the ACA. Instead we have a system that leaves approximately 8% of the population out in the cold, costs about twice the OECD average per capita (even with 8% uncovered), and has yet to improve outcomes.
And you are in full-on propaganda mode about how it's just the bestest thing ever.
And that, gopher, is why I give you "shtt" about it.
