Universal coverage - fail.

Improved outcomes - jury's out.

They enjoy what they have thanks to the USA financed Marshall plan. 3. Per capita cost.

In other words, we could have taken any of 33 health-care systems, translated them to English, passed them in the U.S., and had a system superior to the one provided by the ACA. Instead we have a system that leaves approximately 8% of the population out in the cold, costs about twice the OECD average per capita (even with 8% uncovered), and has yet to improve outcomes.

And you are in full-on propaganda mode about how it's just the bestest thing ever.

And that, gopher, is why I give you "shtt" about it.
