You want to know a neat little trick? Whenever you think of food, weight, hunger etc. just start moving. Walking up steep hills works- two fold, burns calories and build muscles. Do it every day.:)

You know what else works really well? Being kind to yourself. If you have a bad snack, it's not the end of the world. You have a whole day to choose better next time. Stop the negative, pointless mental conversations. Be honest. yep, I wanted that candy and I ate it. Tasted good. Next snack will be a healthier one. No biggy.

that might work. They say that alot of people fail at their weightloss goals because they'll go to the gym and work out then think it's fine to eat whatever. Some people actually gain weight once they start to work out because of this flawed thinking.

I think it's best to start with the brain. talking about the change you want and being positive about it. We are experts at lying to ourselves. and we believe everything we tell ourselves. That's where it gets all messed up.

I think there is something to be said about the types of foods eaten at particular times of the day.

Carb's, fat, and plant in the morning for energy. A big lunch cause you have all day (make healthy choices but eat what you feel like). Small dinner, no carbs, no sugar, protein and plans matter, to keep the midnight snacking at bay

Another problem is people pay to much attention to scales and not enough to the measuring tape. When you are working out you are building muscle and muscle weighs a lot more than fat.

So, did they catch those lovely ladies? I can't imagine it would have been that difficult. They were probably at the nearest Burger King trying to get breakfast there.

What they probably need is a separate section out back for slopping the hogs, that these ladies could have been shunted off to.:)

In your previous post you used the term "lovely ladies", so I thought it was appropriate just to carry on with it. And they probably have the genitalia to prove it.:)

Yeah, I know I said that. I was hoping you wouldn't have noticed that to be honest. That way, my second post would have had more clout.;) LOL!
