Yeah, well.. the attack on the Canadian Parliament got my blood boiling.. kill the queen and I would snap..

I don't think Canada, The UK or the USA is doing enough.. and you don't have to do direct military attacks to cause harm.

Follow the money.. take out conspirators, ships, trade routes.. you can run a war without money, or buyers.

Start with Egypt, they are buying ISIS Oil and reselling it.. kick them out of NATO. Aiding the terrorist, and kill the buyers.. take a page from the MOSSAD hand book.

You can't defeat Islam, it is impossible. You can't even make a dent in it and when you do fight it it only becomes stronger. What we should do is ban Muslim immigration and hunker down and hope the internet destroys it over the next 100 years before some very tech savvy terrorists destroy us.

Even if you could do that (not happening) what about the Muslims already here legally as citizens and those who convert to it? They aren't likely to vote for people pursuing that policy.

Nope never noticed.. didn't go around folks driving in an SUV if they ever served.

BTW, where did you serve..

Japan, West Berlin, Fort Meade, and Desert Storm.

I was a Boatswain and later quit.. wish I stayed in, but when they are trying to push you into Underwater Bomb Dismantle, you quickly ask yourself WTF are you doing here, you want to make it to at least 80 years of age.

Interesting sh*t through, where the bomb is designed to break the spine of the ship.

In that case, I take it all back, with sincere apologies. I may disagree with you, but if you served, you're not being a hypocrite.

Carry on, Boats.

It is a pretty simple equation. More muslims = more Islamic terrorism. I am sorry to be so blunt but there is not a single country, not a single community on this planet where this equation is not a fact. You can't have Islamic terrorism without Muslims plain and simple.

In order to preserve Canadian liberal democratic values we need to keep our Muslim population as small as we possibly can and not keep trying to double it every decade as we've been doing since the 1970s or we'll end up with the same problems Britain, France and Sweden have.

An alleged plot to kill the Queen of England was foiled by British police, it was reported Friday.

There hasn't been a Queen of England since 1603. Elizabeth I was the last one.

I dig your enthusiasm BOOMer, but dude, seriously, emulating BL is bad form.

These men were trying to kill Canada's Head of State. Why shouldn't it be reported on canadiancontent.net?

Anyone familiar with H.M. The Queen movements will know she walks inside a box of 6 armed men, and who knows how many hard to spot women, then you have the roof top lookouts and snipers with nothing left to chance. These Asians are fantasists to think they could get anywhere near her. Reduced to its simplest terms we have here four young men whose families have almost certainly prospered from the UK lax immigration policies, they wanted to kill an 88 year old woman whose a popular head of state. There is no easy answer but having the power to execute in the Tower of London would be a useful peace-keeping policy.

The west is not to blame for the bastardization of Islam.

The first sentence is impenetrable the second is incomplete and the third is a lie or the result of a recent lobotomy. The west bears full responsibility for it's present precarious position. Islam is an inflated rubber boogyman for the consideration of the lower orders.

Unprecedented applause for courageous Queen: Monarch honoured as she leads Britain in Remembrance Sunday service despite heightened security after terror arrests

The Queen led the nation in commemorations by laying a wreath at the Cenotaph in Whitehall after a two-minute silence at 11am. The service 100 years after the First World War and 70 years after D-Day came as it was revealed part of the beloved Tower of London poppy artwork (top left), with one ceramic flower for each British soldier killed in the First World War, will be briefly extended. As dusk fell, images of falling poppies were projected on to Parliament's Big Ben (main picture) - as part of commemorations of the centenary of the conflict. The poignant art installation followed a day of remembrance across the United Kingdom, including in Scotland where a service was held at the Commando Memorial at Spean Bridge in the Highlands (top right).

The Queen was applauded yesterday in an unprecedented mark of appreciation as she led millions of Britons in remembering the fallen.

The monarch laid a wreath on the Cenotaph at the national Remembrance Day service alongside senior Royals, veterans and the Prime Minister, despite heightened security after police thwarted an alleged terror plot on Thursday.

The spontaneous smattering of applause, as she left Whitehall in central London, was a rare sound for a remembrance service usually characterised by respectful silence, and may have been in tribute to her fortitude at turning out to the service despite terror fears.

Hundreds of services have been held across Britain 100 years after the First World War broke out, 70 years after D-Day and weeks after British troops ended combat operations in Afghanistan.

In Afghanistan itself, there was a sombre atmosphere as Prince Harry returned to the country - where he was posted in 2007 and 2012 - to lead services with Britain's few remaining troops on behalf of the Queen.

Paying her respects: The Queen, dressed all in black except for her red poppies, laid a wreath on the Cenotaph on behalf of the nation

A moment of calm: The Duchess of Cambridge wore an ornate poppy brooch as she joined the service from the Foreign Office balcony

Paying tribute: Former Prime Minister Tony Blair joined party leaders and George Osborne (top) as thousands stood on Whitehall (bottom)

The Queen laid wreaths with Prince Charles, Prince William and party leaders including David Cameron, Ed Miliband and Nick Clegg, as the Last Post was played alongside pieces by Purcell and Elgar. Charles attended the Welsh Guards regimental remembrance Sunday lunch following the service

Solemn: The 13-year conflict in Afghanistan claimed more than 453 British lives, alongside many thousands more civilians

A service is held at the Commando Memorial at Spean Bridge in the Highlands, as people across Scotland have joined in a two-minute silence to commemorate fallen service men and women

Since last year's Remembrance Sunday, seven members of the British armed forces have died on operations

Collapse: Medics for St John Ambulance help a choirboy who fainted during the singing of the national anthem, yards from the Queen

I thought it was a BL post!

Sounds like Army, 3rd Battalion 63rd Armor like my buddy. The 3rd Herd.

I seemed to always find myself in 3rds and First Platoons

3rd Battalion at Parris Island, first platoon in series

3/6, 3/4, and 3/8... In first platoon each time after being assigned to a Line Company.

Third Herd Forever!

It would be cooler if she walks in a box with a fox.
