Some people have a difficult time with simple concepts like making money and spending money are different. You have to break the discussion down into simpler parts so some people can keep up. At this point, there are still a few people that believe Petros' statement that you have to spend money to get a tax credit is correct. I really don't want to confuse them (or you) any more than is absolutely necessary.

I'm not sure what part of that you are having difficulty understanding. Perhaps it's more than just your ethnicity that disadvantages you.
