If he's smart he wouldn't do that- it could cost him votes and very likely wouldn't gain him many. His best chance (slim to f/a) is to wait until after all the other leaders have committed, at any rate by the time election day rolls around most sensible voters are going to sense there is very little substance there! -
Just pick up on the ActionPlan both parties established in the late 90s and run with it to 2025 as planned. WTF else is there to parade around with?
