It depends if what the other person is saying is right. Most of the crap that people are repeating about Benghazi is simply wrong. There was no stand down order, they didn't delay help, talking points on a Sunday news show after the fact did not contribute to their death.
At a certain point, you have to realize that the right is just investigating this over and over and over again because they are looking for a specific result.

It is a bad joke for someone running for congress, but can you not understand that they are making fun of the republicans, not the people who died in Benghazi?
If republicans keep invoking the death of these people to a ridiculous degree and in ridiculous contexts, some people are going to recognize that they are being ridiculous.

Obama broke Libya. You break it you own it. Libya is now a terrorist base and the source of weapons for terrorists throughout the middle east and Africa. After the experience of Iraq and Afghanistan Obama should have spoken softly and avoided creating a Black Swan...it's called the Law of Unintended Consequences. How smart could Obama really be?

Why do you keep referring to this as something that the US did? It was a UN mission.
The agreed upon rules from the get go is that they would not allow a ground invasion or occupation. You break it you buy it is a fun saying, but it really isn't a solid foreign policy directive. If the UN had decided to occupy the country, do you think it would make them any better off in the long term?

Few people are going to bother posting something if they don't believe it to be right.
Even in this very thread, when people make statements that are categorically wrong, like saying that personnel were told to "stand down" during the attack, and proof is shown that they are wrong, I don't see anyone stepping up and admitting that. They simply trudge on.
