Luongo is completely useless.
ok, carry on..
Yes, the goals are never the cause of Luongo. But he never causes a win either. Every team they face has a goaltender that out plays him.
One thing the Canucks generally do well is shoot-watching the LA/Calgary game it's almost comical to see how hesitant Calgary is/how indecisive.
Sooner or later all those shots are going to pay off for Vancouver-as Gretzky said 'you miss 100% of the shots you don't take'.
Goalies do and can stop deflections. Yes, they all can't be stopped but he can't let all of them in. I suppose he can but that would make him a beer league contender. Every team they play against has a goalie who's standing on his head, stopping everything that if were scored would not be his fault. He needs to buck up and pull his weight or let Lack take over, or anyone else. At this point he's playing with little relevance.well, if you don't care about 'how' the pucks were shot, and exactly what happened on those shots,
and visa versa at the other end, then you just have your own agenda, so then it really doesn't matter
what the facts are I guess.
their goalie would not have stopped the two deflections that went in on luongo, no goalie would have
stopped those, 'where' were those difficult shots from canucks, didn't see 'one' deflection by a
canuck player, because new york defense was covering so well, they did their job the way they
should in front of their goalie.
one fantastic goal by booth and one power play goal by daniel, that was it, not near enough
pressure from canucks offense at all.
doesn't that matter to you, do you 'only' see luongo?
I agreed with you the other day, saying that it would be nice if he could be the hero and make some
game saving saves, but 'deflections',? come on, deflections have to hit goalies cause they can't
save them, unless the puck is travelling slow, no deflections on new york today, mostly outside
easy saves, and a few good saves, then he is given credit for playing a great game, naw, he did
his job, didn't make game saving saves.
I think you must just be having some fun with me, to get me going, must be, hope
that is what it is.

i'll leave post game analysis to someone else today, as I didn't see much of the game, just the last period,
did listen on the radio in the car though.
good that they got the win.
off to nashville for a tuesday game.
You saw more than I did, just 10 minutes of the 3rd period, where Canucks took the penalty, they looked good for what I saw.
Thank God for Kesler. He didn't do all the work but he got a couple goals and he had a pile of hits. I felt sorry for Burrows who didn't get any goals but you could tell he was working hard.
yeah, kesler had a good game, and burrows is really snakebitten, I'm hoping so bad for him each game, maybe
soon everything will go in.
When they needed big saves Lack stopped some of the not-Luongos-fault shots.
No, Canucks were up 2-0. Lui would've let in a couple of cheapos much earlier. Nevertheless they were not Lack's fault, lol, and he let in a couple that luongo would have saved.
