Yeah, it quickly gets a bit circular, you have to assume god exists in order to argue that you can't prove he does or doesn't because that's the way he wants it. This passes for logic in some minds.
Yeah, haha, maybe most religious minds!!This passes for logic in some minds.

And how did Luke know this when he never met the man until he started his ministry at the age of 30? What happened to Jesus during the years between he was 12 and 30? What he did during that period had a profound effect on his teachings. In what way(s) does Christianity sharpen intelligence? In what way(s) is Christianity an education itself?
Kinesthetic = Whole-body competence, e.g. singing, dancing, flying an airplane Theory of Social Intelligence
"When Jesus’ parents had fulfilled all the requirements of the law of the Lord, they returned home to Nazareth in Galilee. There the child grew up healthy and strong. He was filled with wisdom, and God’s favor was on him." (Luke 2:39-40 NLT)
The Gentile physician Luke describes the child Jesus as "healthy and strong."
In what other ways does Christianity contribute to kinesthetic intelligence?

The rules He has to follow might be even more difficult that the ones that He gave us to follow are. Can you imagine if you or I or anybody had to perform each and everything we ever uttered and we are a chatty person to begin with? Then you have to do it in a way that nobody can be 100% sure of just how the ending goes as far as exact sequence and timing (rather than the events themselves being real is part of the discussion). If remembering to include all the 'changes' then how does He live with the gap between the words and the action when some of them are going to be unpleasant tasks, just like He admits.Well, presumably, the way things are must be the way god wants them to be, or he'd have made them be some other way. He can do that, ya know,![]()
An author who self proclaims to tell the truth in a book that self proclaims to tell the truth is not believable. I could tell you the same thing and yet you would not believe me. Just because someone or something proclaims to be the truth and the word of god, does not make it so.Thanks for your response, Cliffy. In the introduction to his written account, the Gentile physician/scientist Luke states that he "carefully investigated everything from the beginning":
"Many people have set out to write accounts about the events that have been fulfilled among us. They used the eyewitness reports circulating among us from the early disciples. Having carefully investigated everything from the beginning, I also have decided to write a careful account for you, most honorable Theophilus, so you can be certain of the truth of everything you were taught." (Luke 1:1-4 NLT)

And this has to do with my post how?The World Hates the Disciples
18 “If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. 19 If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. 20 Remember what I told you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also. 21 They will treat you this way because of my name, for they do not know the one who sent me. 22 If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin; but now they have no excuse for their sin. 23 Whoever hates me hates my Father as well. 24 If I had not done among them the works no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin. As it is, they have seen, and yet they have hated both me and my Father. 25 But this is to fulfill what is written in their Law: ‘They hated me without reason.’

Jesus (Biblical Jesus) was right. He was, is and will continue to be hated without reason. This perhaps should be for a new thread.
