I certainly hope so.

Like the Duke Lacross case, it is turning out that the accused, George Zimmerman, is more innocent than the media would like the public to believe.

Obama says "don't blame me" yet blames every one else for the problems in the US economy..... Obama's "parade of lies" including his very small opening of the Keystone Pipeline, after blocking it.... Obama proves he is anti-white by taking sides on the Trayvon Martin case.... Minorities outnumber Whites on the welfare roles in America....

Trayvon Martin put the boots to George Zimmerman before being shoot.

Trayvon Martin can rot in hell, I'd personally piss on the punks grave.

Several Civil Rights organizations have bussed many to Sanford and paid for their keep. Once this is over who will pay those bills then? I'll bet they all hop a freight and head home. Broke, (just like they were before they were recruited) hot(Fl. summers?) and probably feeling more alienated than ever. We can only put our faith in the Judicial system for a factual and correct outcome of this case.

That's what I like about you, you're such a classy guy.

While I don't agree with all of Boomster's sentiments, T- bones, remember that you grew up in an area of 'native civilization' while here in Alberta there are a real mix of native bands- some of whom spawn a lot of trouble looking for a place to happen.

If you have your bar wrecked, insurance goes WAY up, and you only get partial coverage. If you rent your suite to a 'person of color', evicting is sheer hell if the Alberta or Tenancy board decides to use you as an example.

It's a raw business. sometimes you just get tired of having the wordl's social ills unloaded at your doorstep. - at your expense.

QPP (SQ) fukked up, everyone knows that..

This is where I ahve to disagree. Oka was contested land. Building a golf course and condo complex on top of an Iriquois gravesite was looking for trouble.
Where I grew up, there are a lot of Atsina graves from the running battle south after Saskatchewan House was burned in 1792. On my Grandfather's land, the grave areas were left as horse pasture. Still are.

Nothing like a good riot. Stimulates the economy, keeps the commentators riled up, lots of government money gets dumped in, wingers scream and moan, pundits mouth their sophomoric platitudes.

Since they raised ticket prices down to the zoo, it's the best entertainment going.

Honestly, it's a blessed quality. ;)

Yeah, WHY?? Colpy asked you the same question, but your dodged answering..
Dodged? I was off-line. Living my life. Try it some time (your life, that is).

Ah, true. I can see how cursing the dead helps all those problems.

As to e-smacks' Canadian Racism videos Hey- you have your 'regulars', and you have nomadic groups of troublemakers.

You also have damage bills when the two collide. and that comes out of your pocket.

In theory, - the courts 'provide civil damages
In Practise- ha ha ha .....

What's the problem, Colpy? Don't believe in the "creative destruction" of capitalism? A good riot, a few stores burned out, insurance money and government money pours into the neighborhood, the stores that were doing well re-open, those that were doing poorly are replaced by new businesses, poor folk get to loot a few luxuries. The cops and National Guard get to exercise their training, and death tolls are usually quite low, less than you get when some kid gets all Rambo-y with his AR-15.

Thanks for proving beyond a reasonable doubt, that you are a complete drooling moron.

LA Riots..

Looting is that simulation... how very "Liberal" of you.. FREE STUFF.
Hey, if G.W. Bush and Henry Paulson can give the Wall Street banks the guts of a trillion dollars fer funsies, don't see how a few poor folk lifting a few wide-screens is such a huge deal.

Being all "conservative" and such, I calculate you don't have much problem with rich people getting hundreds of billions from the government.

As a matter of fact I did.. when BOTH G.W. and Obama gave millions to Big Corporations..

The USA is based on a Capitalist Free Market, and they should have let those companies fail, go bankrupt and smaller, stronger ones come in and and buy up the resources.. that is true conservationism.

Actually the U.S. is and has always been a mixed economy. But I agree with you on companies that screw up failing. And I also agree that Obama continued and put even more tax money into failing companies, which is. . . wait for it. . . socialism.

Just can't figure out why right-wingers get all crazy when Obama does it, and fill up the internet with stupid and hysterical, and only kinda quietly say "Well, I disapprove of that" when Bush (or Reagan) do the same damn thing.

Could it be that they're (gasp!) biased?

By the way, "capitalist free market" should not be capitalized. They're not proper nouns (two of them aren't nouns at all), and it makes you look like an ill-educated redneck. Which you're not.

Just sayin'. Sorry, pet peeve.

Hey boom, looting an electronics store demonstrates hope in the near future that the electricity is going to come back on....

and that there will be enough locksmiths operating so no one can rip off your rip offf...

In OKA , I actually side with the Natives. That land was in dispute for over 140 years. Plus thewre were unmarked as well as marked graves. Every one was happy when it was a wilderness preserve
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Onasakenrat.

Where I come from in Saskatchewan, there are a bunch of shallow graves inthe local community pasture, where the Atsina buried ther fallen on the way south. You don't get a map & a gate key to the area unless the rangers know your family.

Horses and deer pasture there. we steward the land.
