Sharyl Attkisson's computers compromised

Sharyl Attkisson, the Emmy-award winning CBS News investigative reporter, says that her personal and work computers have been compromised and are under investigation.

"I can confirm that an intrusion of my computers has been under some investigation on my end for some months but I'm not prepared to make an allegation against a specific entity today as I've been patient and methodical about this matter," Attkisson told POLITICO on Tuesday. "I need to check with my attorney and CBS to get their recommendations on info we make public."

but wait...

The implementation of Obamacare is going to be really ugly. Some people will have their lives ruined.

Yeah, like these gals:

Quit picking on Obama!

Here’s why the ‘scandals’ aren’t affecting Obama’s poll numbers

My dear friend...seriously...all of those people could have been helped with health insurance coverage without ripping the USA apart. All it would have required was a willingness to proceed incrementally and using decreased defense spending as the source of financing for their health care.

But Obama didn't do that. Instead he rammed Obamacare down our throats, and now I am consumed with rage at the country I once loved. Things are much worse than my friends on the Left realize. We on the right don't see how we can be your fellow citizens. That's a real problem for us. And I assure you it's also your problem.

You forget that the 2008 Democratic Party Platform called for universal health care and that the MAJORITY of Americans voted for it. What we got from the obstructionist Republicans and the DINOS was watered down sh|t rather than real reform. Still the majority voted for it again in 2012.

Your side passed Obamacare during a narrow two year window of opportunity. Your side passed Obamacare on a purely partisan basis. After Obamacare was enacted into law your side lost control of the House of Representatives in 2010 in direct response.

Your side was able to win the 2012 presidential race based on a destructive campaign of the type one wages against foreign enemies. Now Obamacare is going into effect next January 1st. The Obamacare law contains a number of flaws which will result in its implementation being botched. Many people will suffer needlessly because of mistakes. But the Obamacare law cannot be amended to fix the problems, flaws, mistakes and glitches inherent in a piece of legislation of this magnitude. It can't be amended because President Obama and the House of Representatives cannot work together.

Many of the Republicans in the House of Representatives would like to collaborate with Obama. If they do so people like me will punish them...and not gentle like...but real hard and mean.

Do you expect him to believe that?

"your side"

correction: insert the words "the majority"

the majority won the election fair & square

the majority did not put an empty seat on a stage with a senile stooge who botched every line and overspent his allotted time

the majority did not swift boat their opponent with slanderous lies as your heroes did in 2008

the majority fulfilled their pledge from the August 2008 DNC convention in enacting HCR

Now if you were honest you would admit it is your Republican heroes who are engaging in obstructionism in creating legislation consistent with the MAJORITY's wishes from Aug 2008.

As for the right wing myth that Obamacare is costly, see:

How California Is Debunking The GOP's Obamacare Talking Points | ThinkProgress

On Thursday, California officials revealed insurance companies’ opening bids for the state’s Obamacare marketplace in 2014. The numbers are great for consumers — and terrible for right-wing fear mongering over the health law.
Covered California, the agency tasked with constructing and maintaining the Golden State’s insurance marketplace, announced in a press release that rates submitted by 13 insurers for the 2014 individual marketplace were far lower than initially expected, ranging from a stunning 29 percent below the current average premium for small business health plans to only two percent above them.

Weekly Address: Giving Thanks to Our Fallen Heroes this Memorial Day - YouTube

via zip:

The address is a beautifully written address, the one exception is at around the 3:30 mark, where Obama says “let’s work together to preserve what their sacrifices achieved, to make out country even stronger, even more fair, even more free”. First, not to be Grammar Nazi, but the word would be “fairer”, not “more fair”, if one chose to actually follow the rules of grammar. But beyond that, even on Memorial Day, he just can’t help himself to sneak in that everything must be fair (translation: what’s mine is mine and what’s yours is also mine). No, our veterans didn’t sacifice to “make things even more fair”, they sacrificed to uphold our freedoms and our rights, a concept that the President appears to have had difficulty upholding, if present scandals are any judge.

It is further rather galling that this President asks us to remember veterans and those families left behind.

We have never forgotten them.

Yet, in five years, veterans rights and attending to veteran’s needs has fallen upon deaf ears with this Administration.

Moreover, yes, let’s consider the families left behind of those who served us well.

Let’s consider the families of Seal Team Six, who have petitioned this government for answers in the death of their loved ones, who feel their concerns have fallen on the deaf ears of this administration. They believe a target was placed on their loved ones after the Obama administration leaked the involvement of Seal Team Six in the killing of Bin Laden, that adequate support was not provided the Seals and that the dangers posed by Afghani soldiers that were not adequately cleared may have cost their loved ones their lives.

Poll: By Massive 22-Point Margin, Voters Favor Repealing Obamacare…

Obamacare will go down in history as the most detested bill ever.

Via Weekly Standard:

It would be a major understatement to say that Obamacare has had a bad spring. Around the time of Lincoln’s birthday, registered voters told Fox News that, by a margin of 6 percentage points (48 to 42 percent), it would “be better to go back to the health care system that was in place in 2009” than it would be “to leave the new health care law in place.” Three months later, as we head into Memorial Day, nostalgia for the good ol’ days of 2009 now beats Obamacare by a whopping 22 points (56 to 34 percent).

This thread is a laugh. Obama is not much more than a sock puppet, a paid actor hired to take flack by those who are actually in control. Divide and conquer. Works every time. The saddest part is all the lefties and righties buy into this crap. George Carlin was right: people are stupid.
