We must now consider the real possibility that Mars has microbial life.

We probably already have transported Earth microbes to Mars. Hopefully they found the environment inhospitable and died, otherwise we may have caused irreparable harm to Mars's ecosystem.

If we transport Mars microbes back to earth (deliberately or inadvertently) we could cause problems here.

We fully intend to cause harm to Mars' ecosystem. That's the whole point of all the probing and exploring. Terraforming will happen eventually. At least the attempt at it.

Just to twist your sentence a bit...

I think that it would be cool to make inhabitable, moons, and planets, habitable.

So you want to turn them into what they already are? Ha.

If you mean uninhabitable moons habitable, Titan is probably your best bet. Though for all we know there is stuff living there or on Europa.

Ironic that people used to fear Martians doing that to earth...

If God created the universe and we were the only life forms and planet earth was it
He would have wasted a lot of time and effort. Of course there is more out there and
wouldn't it be something if we find out we are the people from Mars?

Yeah, but the moon has no atmosphere, thus you can't terraform it, whereas on Mars, to hear some of the scientists tell it, it may actually be a real possibility.
