Remuneration for property and resources, or respecting a treaty or what it set out, isn't a hand out.

Like I said before, I'll gladly pay you the face value of the original contract. I probably have more than enough in my pocket but that is the issue really isn't it. Some where actually a con, in which a Band was swindled out of their land and the work they did to it, for self governance, and they were shipped off to a worthless rock, and the land was sold to settlers.

Thankfully the Governor that did that kept records detailing the illegal act and the Anish won a major legal battle.
