US Presidential Election
For the Republicans this should have been a cake walk combined with a slam dunk- A landslide like Nixon had in 72

What went wrong?

What will happen if the Republicans lose by a few Electoral College votes but have a majority of the total election vote.

If Obama wins, personally I will lose all respect for the USA.

I know of several companies that have stated, an Obama win.. they will lay off employee and move out of the country..

Looks like Obama is going to win - Even job loses in Canada.

Pfizer to cut 300 Canadian jobs - The Globe and Mail

Maybe read the article first. It has nothing to do with Obummer...........

And yes there have been lots of smaller mfg., companies move back to the USA over the last 2 years. That what will happen when a President makes a call to have things 'Made in America' and Canada decided to not protect itself by removing the Auto Pact regs in favour of 'Free from tariffs Trade'...........

Once again, Quebec is severely impacted by the worldwide restructuring of the pharmaceutical industry – although Ms. O’Gallagher was unable to give out the exact geographical breakdown of the job cuts which will be felt across the country.

The province has been hit by a series of lab closures in an industry that was long the pride of Quebec. In September, the German drug maker Boehringer Ingelheim announced that it will shut down by early 2013 its Laval research center, which employs 170 lab workers.

This news was on the heels of the lab closures of the past two years at AstraZeneca (132 jobs), Sanofi-Aventis Canada (100 jobs), Johnson & Johnson (125 jobs), the former Wyeth-Ayerst (150 jobs), and Merck (200 jobs).
