So flossy,I have been waiting a day for you to answer my question, you seem to be eluding it.
So do you agree the bigger mines are more productive and efficient then smaller ones?
They have 400 and 450 tonne haulers right now, biggest in the world and the only thing holding them back from even bigger trucks is tires, they dont make one tough enough yet for anything bigger but I remember when they built the terex titan here,it was 350 metric tonnes and would haul as much as she wieghed, biggest in the world at the time and commissioned by J. Edgar Kaiser himself,he even had playboy bunnies flown in for the photo shoot.
When the trucks get bigger, the shovels get bigger as does the rest of the equipment and the big mines use Electric diggers, way more enviro friendly and a third the cost of a diesel or diesel electric.
The developed pits in a big mine can be run entirely by electricity, the big trucks in some mines dont even need operators, they drive themselves.
