I assume there wouldn't be an issue if he wasn't trying to move that money into the shareholder pay-out pool. Good, let the feeding frenzy begin.
If senior management is also the majority of stocks then the bonuses would be approved, they just eliminated voting that they get the money.

Occupy Wall Street: They're Back, But Does Anyone Care?

News Headlines

Negatory Pigpen.

Occupiers often complained about how the mainstream media covered their protests, focusing more on arrests and uproar than the actual message being conveyed.

A group of alternative media outlets has bonded this year to make sure the OWS message is heard without distortion.

Wouldn't want to confuse anybody with the facts or anything.

That's just it, the listed crimes were way down from what would be standard for any group that is gathered in that quantity. Use stats from Provincial Parks that have tenting in the summer)
Facts, how does the OWS differ than say protests in Bahrain of Kuwait or Jordan. At some point when do they get the investigations and charges laid that they are seeking? Never would seem to be outside the borders of a real democracy, more like demon-crazy in the worst possible way.
I can hardly wait till they start enforcing the banking rules as tightly as they do the park rules. What's that???? Never, .....
Sad fact is we deserve all the **** they shovel our way us cause we really are sort of lazy and way overly trusting on a massive scale. Too bad that didn't make TPTB smarter instead of just more powerful. They have to move 'compassion' up to at least one of the top 10 words that start with the letter 'C'.

Everything you need to know about Occupy in one photo

It’s May Day. I’m occupying my job, how about you?

The Occupiers are out wreaking havoc, breaking windows, cursing at cops, and telling everyone else not to work.

In other words: Just another day at the office. I mean encampment. Or streets. Or parents’ basement. Or whatever.

Twitter follower and cartoonist John Richards sent me this pic he drew that tells you everything you need to know (and I’ve been reporting) about the Occupy tools and their backers:

I never cease to be amazed at the amount of brainless, automaton, sheeple out there that just do not seem to understand that the occupy movement is about reclaiming control of our governments and our lives. Obviously the movement has a long way to go to educate those that do not understand that entities like the IMF, Wall St cabals and corporations have seized control of our supposedly democratic systems and are rapidly stripping away our individual freedoms and rights.

These fictional legal entities and groups of the extremely wealthy are doing everything they can to keep us so busy trying to just get by in life that for the most part the general population doesn't have time to notice what is happening. Well some of us can see through their guise and recognize that they are just narcissistic egomaniacal, power-hungry evil-doers who want nothing more than to have all of the worlds citizenry as slaves.

For all of you idiots out there that cast stereotypes at those involved with the occupy movement I would like you to know I am not a jobless, crack-head hippie living in my mother's basement! I am a well educated, hard working man who owns 2 houses and an acreage. I don't ride the bus, I don't drink or do drugs, I don't kick puppies and I certainly don't want or trust our present form of corrupt, corporately controlled government.

Time all people realized the occupy movement is not a bunch of jobless people who resent that the rich are rich but contains many bright, ethical individuals who want to make the world a better place for everyone.

Thanks for the neg rep Walter! Coming from you it is a badge of honor. I hope one day you grow a brain...and maybe a penis and some testes and put something intelligent or useful into CC. :p

So could an old style slide projector be timed to show subliminal images that could be flashed onto the sides of building in, .... say Wall St? In the evening it would be classes on Admiralty Law vs Common Law. That should make the taxation offices sit up when everybody starts signing a certain way and the deductions all get the rubber stamp of approval. The police have the authority to move individuals (as far as enforcing park regulations), they do not have that same right against a corporation. (your birth certificate) and as a Corporation you have rights and obligations, I believe the Magna Carta is the base for protection 'merchants' (corporations) have against the 'crown' using the 'military' against them. (rather than it protecting employees or consumers from the practices of the (very cheap) merchant class.)

It would not be hard to identify who the 'crown' is today nor who the merchants are. The 'rest' are still the vast majority and a smart merchants gives them what they want rather than selling them snake-oil all the time. Resistance to change that brings the consumers closer to the 'crown' just puts off the inevitable change. If it waits till mob rule is running the show the improvement may not be as long lasting if changes are made before rage takes over the streets.
I'm pretty sure most soldiers would revolt over killing a million of their fellow citizens cause the bankers don't want to disappoint their shareholders so they put everybody out of work and that means out of food before long. In the 1930's 7 million were intentionally starved to death and the world did nothing, when it is 70M Americans the reaction just might be the same, indifference and gas didn't jump the $2 that it would have had they not been starved to death.

That's so stupid.

If Obama really wanted to "Occupy Wallstreet" all he'd have to do is plug the holes in the regulations that enabled the collapse of 2008 to happen in the first place.

Oh come on!! Do you really think Obama, or any other leader, will change the laws so their biggest donors won't be able to screw the public out of billions? Get a grip man!!!

The only way things will ever change for the better is most likely a full-scale revolt. I hope not but as time passes and things don't change or get even worse I lose hope of any solution other than rebellion.

Which is why that cartoon is rediculous.

Why post a vid about a group protesting deportation. Next time 'the reporter might try asking Spanish speaking people the questions in, .... wait for it, ... Spanish.

If you were going to remove people who can't explain the issues think what it would do to any political rally.

His M.O. is to obfuscate the facts and then say "u mad" when he's proven wrong. :)

Next time the protesters might want to... wait for it... understand what the signs means mean before they hold them. Talk about being used as sheep.

If you were going to remove people who can't explain the issues think what it would do to any political rally.

Well it is clear what that would do to an Occupy Protest.
