I've been to Guatemala beautiful country and people. But that is Central America. South America is much much different and you don't have to sweat your balls off and get crotch fungi if you don't want to.

Do you know what was really strange about the Americas when the Spanish arrived. The people had gold galore but it didn't come from placer, surface or mines. That as all there too. Where did they get it?

Wrong-it's been proved many times over that placer mining was common and chemical analyses have shown same.

It's interesting to see Gold that's smelted such a high Copper content-saw a lot of that in the Museo de Oro in Bogota.

Did you watch the film? The Kogi called gold mother's blood. Gold was at the center of their spiritual practices until the Spanish looted it all. Their ancient graves are still being looted for the gold.
