You got to remember things about Cannuck, this was the same guy who was more concerned about a cop's mortgage than the face of the innocent person he kicked in. What chance is there of reasonable debate with this sort of mentality? :lol:
As everyone who has been following knows, I didn't start the stupidity.
Mob mentality indeed, the mob consisted of people at the scene snapping pictures of the whole episode, and the media deemed them reliable enough to broadcast them across the country.

He just doesn't understand the situation, but there is no law against stupidity and we have to respect that. As for "mob mentality", where is that displayed more obviously than an officer of the law kicking the sh*t out of an innocent man's face while he's on the ground? :lol:
What makes you think I want to do away with the court system? I would like to CHANGE the court system so that cases are expeditiously dealt with (justice delayed is justice denied) instead of being put off by scheming (and greedy) defense lawyers. I'm afraid I was "completely and utterly" right, the minute there was enough evidence to lay a charge he should have been canned.

I'm having difficulty following your logic.
First you say that court rulings are irrelevant.
Then you say that the courts are just fine, and don't need change.
And now you qualify that with due process is a cornerstone of our judicial process?
Maybe you can clean up that logical inconsistency for us.
"Innocent until proven guilty has a nice ring to it" and in lots of cases I agree with it, but in a lot of cases it's not practical or you wouldn't see people in jail awaiting trial. Did the authorities really really believe Pickton was innocent while he was being held?
It's really not my problem if you can't understand my position. I have never said the courts are fine. Perhaps this "logical inconsistency" issue you have would disappear once your comprehension skills improve. Nor have I said court rulings are irrelevant (at least not in the context you are using). I have said before that laws can be changed if they are not in line with the values of Canadians and that Canada is not under any obligation to follow international laws if it chooses not to. I understand why you seem to be continually missing the point. It's inevitable given your circumstances.
Since it's all over the place, it actually is.
Perhaps you should work on that logical consistency you think you have.
It actually isn't....unless somebody is holding a gun to your head making you read them.
Well at least you didn't try and deny your logical inconsistencies.
I guess that could be seen as a sign of growth.
