There isn't. His relentless goalpost moving, back peddling, dodging, logical inconsistencies, hypocrisy and out right lies, make any reasoned discussion with him, simply impossible. What chance is there of reasonable debate with this sort of mentality?
You got to remember things about Cannuck, this was the same guy who was more concerned about a cop's mortgage than the face of the innocent person he kicked in.
Why would you go and post something so incredibly stupid? Anybody above a grade three reading level would know my concern was with the mob rule mentality (that you have embraced) and your disregard for due process which is a cornerstone of our judicial process.
Mob mentality indeed, the mob consisted of people at the scene snapping pictures of the whole episode, and the media deemed them reliable enough to broadcast them across the country.
Nope! The mob consisted of people willing to hang the perp before his day in court. Those of us that are enlightened have seen how well that has worked in other places and at other times.

He just doesn't understand the situation, but there is no law against stupidity and we have to respect that. As for "mob mentality", where is that displayed more obviously than an officer of the law kicking the sh*t out of an innocent man's face while he's on the ground?
As usual, JLM, you are completely and utterly wrong. I could at least respect your opinion if you just came out and said you wanted to do away with the court system. At least then your position would be logically consistent.
\
What makes you think I want to do away with the court system? I would like to CHANGE the court system so that cases are expeditiously dealt with (justice delayed is justice denied) instead of being put off by scheming (and greedy) defense lawyers. I'm afraid I was "completely and utterly" right, the minute there was enough evidence to lay a charge he should have been canned.
I'm having difficulty following your logic.Guilty until proven innocent. Can can call it anything you would like to call it.

I'm having difficulty following your logic.
First you say that court rulings are irrelevant.
Then you say that the courts are just fine, and don't need change.
And now you qualify that with due process is a cornerstone of our judicial process?
Maybe you can clean up that logical inconsistency for us.
Since it's all over the place, it actually is.It's really not my problem if you can't understand my position.

Well at least you didn't try and deny your logical inconsistencies. It actually isn't....unless somebody is holding a gun to your head making you read them.
