Some are, some just think they are. Kind of like the first few shows on American Idol. Lots of people who were lied to about the extent of their talent.

That's not to say that some artistic expression that I may find deplorable isn't good.

s_lone's brother is talented IMHO. His art form isn't my cup of tea, but he put a lot his heart in it and his heart is the right place. Although I didn't like it.
