McDouche and Hudak are polling pretty much equal though. I think we might end up with a minority government.

I think we will too honestly. And that might not be such a bad thing, we're in a precarious enough situation as it is, I don't think now is the time for ideological changes. In my opinion anyway.

But I haven't seen such full on hate of a premier in the eyes of my fellow Ontarians since Mike Harris had the job, so if Hudak isn't doing better, he's only got himself to blame.

Even after getting the political equivalent of a Dirty Sanchez all these years?

My my, we are gluttons for punishment in Ontario.

Yup, we vote for our own misery it seems.

Could be... He was just out in Ontario singing the praises of Calgary... Maybe he was swapping ideas with McGuinty

hahah. I found that so funny when the Calgary mayor and Toronto mayor were elected at the near same time. You would have thought they were switched or something, I could totally see Rob Ford wearing a Stetson and calling people niggers lol

Why is it that all the biggest A-holes I know in Real life, be it family or work related acquaintances vote Conservative?

What a rude bunch.
No class at all

Yes I'm sure my experience is not a indication of the whole.
But still its a big reason I don't vote conservative.

You know, one of my best friends is an avid supporter of the NDP. Another good friend votes Liberal in every election. I, on the other hand vote conservative. I have met many people from different ends of the political spectrum and I've never once thought of how they voted based on who they are.

Here on a forum things can get heated sure, but that's the nature of the beast with forums. It's kind of like when I asked you why you would come to a public forum and then put someone on ignore. If this place bothered me that much that I felt I had to put up a firewall because of how someone posted I would really start to question why I would bother coming here in the first place.

In all honesty the only thing that drives me crazy about Canadian Content is the censorship. I think we are all adults here and should one of us step out of line there should not be a mop up crew to wash away all the badness. But then that's my personal bitch and i suppose when the time comes that I think I've had enough I won't return.

I guess my point is this. Here in the arena of opinion there is a diversity that often results in conflict. Members should always remember that while someone might be passionate about a subject, chances are that on the other end of the opposing opinion is a person not unlike yourself.

I Was not including people from this forum as people I know.
And there are good conservatives voting people I know in Real life.
I just haven't had a run in with a Liberal or NDP voting a-hole yet.

As for blocking some members.
Some people are just on forums to troll. I'm not going to waste my time with them.
They don't even try to give there opinion's they only bash what others say.
They don't even have the balls to tell there own opinions cause they know
they going to get ripped on them.

I have 3 people on ignore. The rest of you are fine.
Why should a hand full of troll's rune a perfectly good site.
That's what the option is there for. As much as its there right to be
Disrespectful, I have the right to ignore them.

If that makes you think I'm a baby then go for it.
I don't feel like I need to prove anything to anyone.
Just like I don't need you to prove anything to me in return.
I like to read people's opinions that's why I'm here
I'm not interested in people's personal attacks on others opinion's.
If you like that stuff then enjoy it. I'm not here to report them
on it, so i'm not killing your fun.

Fair enough, but if that's the case; what did your original post have to do with the Op?

It's no different anywhere else.

I'm guessing that Ford is a sniveling little weasel as well.

Massive poll finds minority looming

A Forum Research survey of 40,750 people — one of the largest polling samples in Canadian political history — has the two parties separated by only 107 respondents, each holding 35 per cent. (14,064 said they will vote Liberal, while 13,957 selected the Conservatives.) Meanwhile, the New Democrats were at 23 per cent and the Green Party at 5 per cent.

Because of the large number of voters surveyed Forum was also able to provide riding-by-riding results. If those numbers were to be repeated on Oct. 6, the Liberals and Tories would be tied at 47 seats with the NDP only holding 13 seats in the 107-member Legislature. However, the results for at least 28 ridings are within the margin of error, so seat predictions are not nearly as reliable as the total sample.

Even so, none of the parties appears likely at this point to be able to win the 54 seats needed for a majority government, which leaves Ontario poised for its first minority government since 1985.

After that vote, the Liberals and NDP signed an accord that toppled the Tories, who had been in power for 42 years.
