In this case, I think her actions would get her noticed and high on the list for the NDP, Green, Liberal, or any number of NGOs.
I think it was a terribly disrespectful thing to do, no matter what you think of Harper. It's funny how people complain about how unruly Question Period is, then they celebrate this behaviour by an employee of Parliament.
In the end, it's a tempest in a teapot, she got the attention she wanted, that's fine.

lets not undervalue the importance of ethics and integrity, the stage of politics is a bit short on this already
when a scientist performs research, they often have a strong hunch or belief of the results, yet it is very important for all scientists - even the ones that are correct - to follow and respect the various processes of scientific investigation. ie they have duties and responsibilities to be met.....ideals can not , and should not supercede.
