I stated it earlier on this thread. If this is challenged to the SCC it will be overturned.
The litmus test the SCC applies to any claim of right under the charter is 'will it negatively effect somebody else's right?'. In other words will you take away somebody else's rights if your right as you claim it is granted? In this case it obviously removes the donors right to privacy therefore does not pass the test.
