Actually, my reading of the Q'uran was that it was boring. It contained *nothing* I didn't know already.
I read Buddha's stuff, and the Baghavad Ghit etc. etc. yadda yadda... but when I read the Q'oran it was like reading a step-mother nag bullies.
Maybe that's how God had to teach the Arabs... a bunch of dysfunctional violents kicked into the sands because they were anti-social, like how Asians kicked the Eskimos onto the ice-cap (if you've ever dealt with Inuit you'd know they are violent and you would know why native Americans don't like them... Nunavut has the second highest murder rate after some stupid southern American state, therefore give sympathy to his family plus some respect to an RCMP posted to Nunavut).
If immigrant Muslims start demanding Sharia Law, then, given how Sharia Law only works if you've got the IQ of a neanderthal, does it mean Canada is letting in idiots, or does it mean Canada's tradition of education is failing such that kids growing up here through Canada's school system are ending up as adults with knowledge on the level of thinking Sharia Law is the only way for them to be disciplined?

Jewish people are allowed to practice some sort of Jewish law, although the name escapes me, I believe this is more about civil or financial matters, flogging or stoning or anything.
