Just heard Layton yapping off on the radio- such a fricken hypocrite- he condemns Harper for the H.S.T. (I do too) but 5 minutes after Layton gets into power (in his wildest dreams) he'll choke us to death with some other form of tax, fee, assessment on the pretext of helping the down trodden. :lol:
Or perhaps focus on honesty and ethics...wait, that train has left the station. Too late for Harper to claim any moral sense. You're right, he'll have to focus on the economy and how well he's kept the deficit down.
I imagine it will feel longer now, with his main talking point smashed by day three.
Before we listen to any more drivel from any of these clowns we should just ask them one question- " If you were to be Prime Minister will we be paying more or less taxes than we are under Harper"? Of courses the f****ers would all lie. :lol:

- the Cons require 12 more seats to get to majority
- the Libs require 78 more seats to get to majority
This is an impossible achievement for the Libs to gain 78 seats, it would be for any party and especially considering the Lib poles.
From this, I am concluding that when the Libs chose to bring the house down, they knew full well they could get into power thru a coalition. They had it planned all along. This was their only hope.
Furthermore, apprently the NDs are not running a candidate against Justin Trudeau and in return the Libs are not running a canidate to run against uumm that NDPr in Quebec (his names escapes me for the moment??) .

The conservatives have a leader that has not been able to convince the voters that he is a good choice to head a majority gov't. And he's had a few cracks at it. In other words, a loser. Not to be trusted. Time to find a new guy. Harper = Toronto Maple Leafs.

Oh, and the Libs once already signed a coalition in which one clause states the agreement valid in Canada and Quebec!! They already recognized Quebec as a separate country !!
