Naw....it has always been a case of pick the best of the worst.
I could list half a dozen things the Conservatives have done that I find outrageous. Easy.
But the alternatives are just so much worse.....so much worse.
Your undying support for them would be easier to swallow if you did that.
Considering the choices, I'm comfortable with them in a minority, but since Farty is in my riddng I will be voting for someone else....not sure who though.
With 400% the funding of their nearest political rival, Harpy and the Con men, have stooped to new lows in Canadian political manipulation and advertizing.
Attack ads presently running on TV networks are targeting the huge numbers of uninformed uninvolved impressionable people who make up the 40% undecided in political polls.
This poisonous rhetoric offerred by the Harpies is following down the path blazed by US republicans and campaign managers that has given rise to threats and shootings to many progressives, environmentalists and socially conscious groups.

I admit I voted Conservative in the last election but only because I found him less objectionable than the Liberal candidate. The time before I voted Liberal because I know the person that was running even though he is a dirt pimp. Both leaders are equally objectionable although for somewhat different reasons. Not sure about the next time. Have to see who runs for the cons first. Already not impressed with the Lib candidate.
Perhaps the conservative government would prefer to keep people like Karla Homolka in prison, unlike what happened under the Liberals. *sigh*
