With the looming threat of global food shortages, (latest study released in London) ....News of Harper government awarding contracts for disposal ovens for Canadian homeless and gallows to be erected for democracy and political opposition parties, posters to this "CanadianContent" site prove once again we are Gold Medal Wankers.

Some thin skinned Aussie has a hissy-fit over getting dissed in the one corner of this continent that is cohesive and progressive and 500 posters respond to his tender ego.

Conservatives have learned to appeal to the lowest common denominator....the tragedy is that doing so continuously lowers the denominator.... I despair...

Gallows are hardly progressive unless of course you have a contract I suppose.

food shortages, grinding poverty, rampant inflation, unemployment, homelessness and despair, all that is real, the war will make everything better though, we just have to defeat the evil doers, over there, in Afghanistan and Iran and China and the Turks, and the Syrians and the Russians and the N Koreans and them traitorous S Americans and the Cubans and the Lebanese, we have a good start with Iraq in ashes just let's not go soft and stop before the planet is safe for democrazy.

We are going to have to replace beef with something. Human meat only tastes bad if it's not hung.

What are the burgers like?

Ever wonder how you can get two double cheese burgers at McDonalds for $3.55 tax inc?

Does this sound vaguely familiar?

Soylent Green is a 1973 American science fiction film directed by Richard Fleischer. Starring Charlton Heston, the film overlays the police procedural and science fiction genres as it depicts the investigation into the brutal murder of a wealthy businessman in a dystopian future suffering from pollution, overpopulation, depleted resources, poverty, dying oceans and a hot climate due to the greenhouse effect. Much of the population survives on processed food rations, including "soylent green".
