I live in calgary, and I hate snow. time to pack up! (begins packing and goes to westjet...)
I dislike shoveling so much.... ugh!
Go to the Maritimes - lots of heavy wet snow - You and a shovel.In my 40 years in Alberta, I never minded the cold in winters, but I almost always hated the way snow complicated things, all the shoveling, de-icing, driving and even walking more slowly and carefully, etc.
The only time I liked it was as a kid, when I was too young to have to shovel, and especially after Dad bought us our little ski-doo...
The nice thing about Calgary is you only have to shovel a couple times each year: most of it melts shortly after it lands. When you get farther north, shoveling becomes more frequent...
