I'm going with false. Not so much as a belief in astrology but everything effects how you develop. Nature, nurture, chance, choice, action and inaction by you and by others. It's the basis of "Wyrd".

False. I think where and when you were born has some kind of influence. I don't believe people can read the stars to tell accurate horoscopes, but I do think there is some sort of special link between our birth and developement.
Including the angular relationships between the planets and various objects of the solar system?

I DO think we are related, in some way, to the reality of the solar system as a whole.
Memory studies suggest we don't actually record most of what goes on around us. We can't record the totality of our experiences, there's too much data, the brain filters a lot of it out as insignificant.
Everybody does. Nobody thinks their opinions are wrong. If they did, they wouldn't have those opinions.
