They must be running the film backwards as all other data points to the place being dismantled without waiting for the US to show up and run the show. That is why SK or pulling troops away from the DMZ.

65 years after the 1953 armistice that stopped the open fighting of the Korean War, the nations involved still haven’t replaced it with a permanent peace treaty. This means that the Korean War is still technically ongoing, 68 years later. That’s apparently where the US intends for it to stay.
While North and South Korea have discussed deals to end the war, and the US nominally has given its imprimatur to the idea, US officials say that there is little interest in the Trump Administration to actually do this, with some seeing it as undermining their leverage against North Korea on denuclearization. This would be a complicated matter this time, unlike the decades of previous US resistance to making peace with North Korea. That’s because now, South Korea is also on board for such a deal. In trying to delay such an important milestone, the US may be seen as obstructing diplomacy in general.
A spokesman for the US State Department said as much, that the US has “committed to building a peace mechanism with the goal of replacing the Armistice agreement when North Korea has denuclearized.” It’s not clear the world will want to wait, however.

North Korea is working on new missiles weeks after Trump-Kim summit, U.S. spy agencies say

Newly obtained evidence, including satellite photos taken in recent weeks, indicates that work is underway on at least one, and possibly two, liquid-fueled intercontinental ballistic missiles at a research facility on the outskirts of Pyongyang, according to officials familiar with U.S. intelligence.

The findings are the latest to show ongoing activity inside North Koreas nuclear and missile facilities at a time when the countrys leaders are engaged in arms talks with the United States. The new intelligence does not suggest an expansion of North Koreas capabilities but shows that work on advanced weapons is continuing six weeks after President Trump declared in a tweet that North Korea was no longer a nuclear threat.

Without reading the article let me guess another anonymous source? Realistically though why would NOKO stop working on their program cold turkey, there is no formal agreement in place. It's like BS thinking plastic companies are going to stop making straws and water bottles because 2 countries of the world think it's a bad idea and polluting rivers in Asia and South America

You get video proof and that is ignored because it doesn't fit in with what your imagination can come up with. Your solution seems to be about the way the US follows their deals as shown in their long history of doing just that.

They must be doing it because that is what we would do is a sign of insanity rather than 'insight'. Never a lightening bolt around when you need one, I hate it when that happens.

Did I not give you a green because I agreed with you what the phuck dude? I have seen the videos of deconstruction of non essential sites and equipment to show favour, but are you trying to say that Ping Pong fired all his rocket scientists on the understanding that a deal could be made?

Thank you from WaPo they all pretty well read the same

I didn't realize that the U.S. Intelligence agency wrote the articles in WaPo

What you don't realize would fill libraries.

Probably comes from not reading the articles and guessing instead.

The good news is that you don't let complete ignorance stop you from having firm opinions, bless your heart.

You did your job and made me actually open the article to prove my point

“We see them going to work, just as before,” said one U.S. official, who, like the others, spoke on the condition of anonymity in discussing sensitive intelligence. The exception, the officials said, is the Sohae Satellite Launching Station on North Korea’s west coast, where workers can be observed dismantling an engine test stand, honoring a promise made to Trump at the summit.
Many analysts and independent experts, however, see that dismantling as largely symbolic, since North Korea has now successfully launched ICBMs that use the kind of liquid-fueled engines tested at Sohae. Moreover, the test stand could easily be rebuilt within months.

North Korea demands sanctions relief before any nuclear concessions

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/...&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=WEX_News Brief

and why should they?? Why give up what is their primary bargaining chip. Plus the trump regime is too unpredictable to be counted on. Plus it is the US that is the biggest threat to other nations.... including NK.
as it stands ,it would seem that the "deal maker" is a temperamental scammer..

So what is the world supposed to do with a leader that is a pathological liar?

Also what do we do about North Korea?
