Dependent on trade, Vice President Pences hometown takes a hit from Trumps tariffs
An aggressive pursuit of foreign trade led to a recession-busting economic miracle in Columbus, Ind. Now it has made the area decidedly vulnerable, with businesses already canceling projects and mulling the depth of job losses.

"lack of progress"?? What SPECIFICALLY is he referring to?? Generalisations don't mean much.

Remember the good old days when Trump could pretend he made some sort of progress with North Korea?

That was before he made himself look like a fool in England and a traitor in Helsinki.

Did any thinking person actually believe that a one-day meeting between Kim and the world's worst negotiator was actually going to resolve anything?

Resolution is a interesting subject. NK won,t give up any nukes real or imaginary the history of the USA pretty much dictates this. When you bow and scrape and the USA rapes you anyway.

NK should just eat up the clock negotiating while watching the disintigration of the USA with the rest of the world. It,s a sick Empire and this is how they crumble. A classical uprising of vassal states upon a bloated gluttonous Babylonian monster . That fire will warm the remaining world for decades. Maybe even inspire a renaissance among humanity. I think the single biggest achievment of Imperial USA was rock&roll after that there was nothing but wars.

It might not have been meant to resolve anything. Sometimes when you put forth an "olive branch" it leads to a different mindset and THAT could lead to a peaceful resolution! It's not f**king rocket science!

U.S. military takes possession of remains that North Korea says belong to Americans who died in the Korean War, White House says

The approximately 55 remains were turned over by Pyongyang following an agreement reached by President Trump and Kim Jong Un when they met in Singapore. They will be taken to Hawaii for identification. It is the first repatriation of remains from the North since 2007. About 7,000 Americans are still listed as missing from the war.

North Korea is working on new missiles weeks after Trump-Kim summit, U.S. spy agencies say

Newly obtained evidence, including satellite photos taken in recent weeks, indicates that work is underway on at least one, and possibly two, liquid-fueled intercontinental ballistic missiles at a research facility on the outskirts of Pyongyang, according to officials familiar with U.S. intelligence.

The findings are the latest to show ongoing activity inside North Koreas nuclear and missile facilities at a time when the countrys leaders are engaged in arms talks with the United States. The new intelligence does not suggest an expansion of North Koreas capabilities but shows that work on advanced weapons is continuing six weeks after President Trump declared in a tweet that North Korea was no longer a nuclear threat.
