Any way, healthcare is quite expensive. AB spent 17 billion in the fiscal year of 2012/13 and I'd suggest a lot of that was because of injuries from car crashes where inattention was the main factor. Then there's the stuff spent privately. I wonder how much premiums went up and how much the gov't received in fines.
