Sorry to burst your bubble guys but the science on the cause of global warming is settled.

You can whine all you want, but it's only going to lead to a shorter life for you unfortunately.

No it is not settled. Bullying and labeling scientists deniers does not equal settled science.

You fail.

Whatever gets the scientist his next grant is settled science. Whatever gets a so called "developing nation" millions or billions is settled science.

No, it's settled.

The overwhelming body of evidence has confirmed that AGW is real and policy already changing to reflect that reality.

If you want to keep crying about it, that's fine.

Freedom of speech man.

The Paris agreement has failed and has no teeth.

Sure there will be some hush money distributed and plenty of green washing in lieu of payments but the climate will continue to change and you cannot stop it.

Feeling salty you are. :)

If you're a climate skeptic, then you are guided by the balance of evidence.

That's why climate skeptics actually support the proposition that AGW exists and those who don't are called deniers.

Plainy sir, the abundant evidence completely squashing global warming and the idiot proposition that CO2 forces climate change exists in abundance which obviously makes no difference to the rank and file planet salvationists. The mean temperature has not increased in eighteen years and it never will because of CO2. Now this abundant evidence is most plain to see, that being if you do not tow the official line on climate change you will quickly be out of a job and never recievce grants nor employment again. It no surprise that professional scientists are reluctant to speak out against the quackary. And there is no 97% concensus. AGW does indeed exist at .0001%, and that's being generous, no ammount of taxation can change that. The physics makes fools of all you religious nutbags.

Paris failed just like Kyoto, Copenhagen and all the rest.

Must be an awful existence for a guy like Flossy. Someone that wants to believe so bad, that they continue to lie to themselves so aggressively

Move along now!
You had me right up to this part. If you had said 'at your leisure' I would have left right away, however, . . . . . . .

If spending money is the objective they don't have to lie to do it. Talley what has been spent on the oil patch as far as extraction and usage and it is not a small amount of change and now 'they' was as much or more and use less at the same time which means use existing facilities until they can no longer be repaired. Why would you throw it all away and take on a project that will be expensive and server fewer customers.
With all the new deposits being found we might get away from oil and start using NG in engines while filling up at home or work.

A drastic change in climate might be fun when you still have 'fire'. Everybody can live in a polished ice house. A wall of ice 2km high that is built greenhouse style and it produces crops year round thanks to the passive solar design. So far I haven't seen Popular Mechanics promoting any technology that would make a speed bump out of the change to a full-blown ice-age that may last 100,000 years or more.

Perhaps that first one set up a cycle that is unlike the stable spinning planetoid before comets started delivering comets that would number so many that it contains all the water we have on earth. That would have created snowball earth and snow puts out a 'fire' a lot faster than rain does but rains is a gentle cooling process that doesn't fracture the crust. Once comets were landing as 'hail.rain' the snow was able to lay down a blanket that was a few kms deep (or whatever the math comes up with). With the atmosphere in direct contact with molten rock the transfer of heat would have been at a set rate and while the snow/rain would have sped up the cooling process in the crust and that solid crust shed heat at a slightly slower rate and when covered with a blanket of snow it kept in more heat than is used to shed and over time the magma started to heat up and become more liquid and be under increasing pressure that eventually cracked the shell all the way around the globe in the same sort pattern that the earth is cracked.. (put a cold egg into boiling water and the shell will crack but if you put a egg int water and bring the water up to a boil the egg's shell ill not crack)

If bogus science was being peddled to the public then it is another version of the 'Snake-Oil Salesman' and it seems like they cleaned house already. That leaves one question, just how gullible is the General Public in North America? (since we consider ourselves to be the smartest on the planet)

le ponzi scheme kids.
So will the one that replaces it.
That doesn't seem to mean the 'General Public' won't buy it 'hook, line, and sinker' just as fast either, only the recovery time is getting shorter rather than the scams being eliminated before it takes 'rewards'.

It is 'kid' like behavior but since we are the 'educated ones' we must have been trained to be kids as far as spotting 'lies' (for lack of a better term)

There must be some little tests that indicate a person tendency to be a kid instead of a sheeple (for lack of a better term)

they do NOT like to be embarrassed.

that fact manifests itself in the prog's snotty retorts. the hurt is right there.

they don't take it very well and do not appreciate those that question their perceived and enabled (by the msm) authority.

most come off as emotionally stalled, very much like active alcoholics are.

they do NOT like to be embarrassed.
Most items (all) are subject to peer review and that has some serious flaws besides the 'being embarrassed' part. Ego in old people is usually stronger so adopting new views is not as easy as it is for an open minded person, in most cases that also means younger.

What's the difference anyways. If we don't destroy the earth, then some other fruit cake nut bars will.

As if, that a bunch of twits are going to actually save the earth? The progressives are more likely to, unconsciously do more harm and speed up the process of our destruction by unintentionally doing something we couldn't predict would lead us to our deaths ;)

Remember how hydro power was going to be the best thing, until we found out it actually poisoned a great deal of land? Oups

Just recently, we added solar panels and wind to our Ontario grid in a effort to be less dependent on fossil fuel, only to find out we are more dependent on Fossil fuel today then we were before building all these solar plants and wind mills? Because we didn't foresee how small gas generators would be needed to stabilize the grid from fluctuation.

It's a ****ing joke

There are more chances progressives will destroy this planet by running arround with their head cut off with their solution to solve the problem, then there are chances the perceived problem has of destroying us.

And if I recall, Canada owes the world community BILLIONS because they were unable to meet their Kyoto quotas. Will Trudeau put his money where his mouth is and pay what is OWED?

Don't be preposterous
We all know all of this is only a game of perception that we are doing everything possible to avoid climate change.
