MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A Tennessee mother charged with fatally stabbing four of her children was taken to a mental health institute after a brief court appearance Tuesday, authorities said.

What a f**king bitch! I hope there's a special corner in Hell for her. Who gives a sh*t if her mind is f**ked up?

yeah,
the same can be said for rape STDs

Still baby slaughtering should be a crime, and as we just saw, with hillary clinton, and her dance with the washingmachinington spin cycle justice system, your position determines if you get prosecuted/judged or not

Did you honestly think they would prosecute a person running for president? If she is up that high she has high connections and is untouchable.

Former “singing” priest Tony Walsh faces a maximum sentence of two years in prison for raping a boy with a crucifix, a court has heard.

Anthony Walsh (62) committed the offence and two other rapes of the same victim before the Criminal Law (Rape) Amendment Act came into effect in 1990, meaning that the maximum penalty the judge can impose on each offence is two years.

He is charged with indecent assault as that was the offence which existed at the time. He forced the child to have sex twice, once in the parochial house in his parish and on another occasion in a tunnel under the Phoenix Park. He also used a crucifix to rape the boy.

On Monday Garda Tara Corrigan told Fiona McGowan BL, prosecuting, that Walsh has 17 previous convictions, from 1995 to 2015, for indecently assaulting young boys and one girl.

During the trial Walsh told the jury that his offending in relation to children started in 1980 and continued to 1986. He said a number of the children told their families what was happening and he was called in by the Archbishop in 1986.

He said he was sent for six months treatment in the UK and on his return home he was made a hospital chaplain.

He said he first came to garda attention in 1995 in relation to one incident. In 1997 he pleaded guilty to offences involving five boys in the period 1980 to 1986. Asked why he pleaded, Walsh replied “because I was guilty”.

Mom who allegedly slit kids' throats to have mental evaluation

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A Tennessee woman charged with stabbing her four children to death will undergo a mental health evaluation to determine if she can face the upcoming legal proceedings against her, while her lawyer thinks she suffers from a mental disability.
General Sessions Judge L. Lambert Ryan on Monday agreed to order the mental evaluation for Shanynthia Gardner, 29. She is accused of cutting the throats of her three daughters and one son, all younger than five, on July 1. Her seven-year-old son escaped the attack in a suburban Memphis apartment.
Gardner was not present during a brief court hearing. She is being treated at the Memphis Mental Health Institute, where she was taken after a court hearing last Tuesday in which she did not answer questions from the judge.
Gardner is being held without bond. A hearing has been scheduled for July 26 to check the progress of the evaluation, but the examination could take 30 days or more.
Her lawyer, Craig Morton, said the case could be prolonged by the evaluation. He said Gardner is not a violent person.
"She suffers from what I consider a mental disability and was not aware of the consequences of her actions," Morton said.
The Memphis Mental Health Institute is a state psychiatric hospital where most patients have "a severe and persistent mental illness and are hospitalized on an emergency, involuntary basis," according to a state website. The evaluation will determine whether Gardner can face the legal process and what her mental state was at the time of the stabbings, said Eric Christensen, chief prosecutor with the Shelby County district attorney's special victims unit.
If mental health experts find that she did not know the consequences of her actions or understand that killing her children was wrong, then that would be grounds for an insanity defence, Morton said.
Sheriff's officials say Gardner cut her children's throats at her apartment in a gated community in unincorporated Shelby County. She acknowledged killing them in a phone conversation to their father, Martin Gardner, court documents say. A large butcher knife with what appeared to be blood on it was found in the apartment, the documents show.
When deputies arrived at the apartment, they found Gardner with superficial cuts to her neck and wrists, court documents said.
The victims were identified as 4-year-old Tallen Gardner; 3-year-old Sya Gardner; 2 year-old Sahvi Gardner; and 6-month old Yahzi Gardner. A fifth child, 7-year-old Dallen Clayton, escaped the attack, the documents said. He is Gardner's son from a previous marriage.
Dallen was able to flee the apartment and tell someone that his mother was stabbing his sister. Shanynthia Gardner was taken into custody soon after.
"It's a horrible set of circumstances," Morton said. "I know the family is grieving. I know that she's grieving."

U.S. mom charged with drowning baby; family says she loved boy

COLUMBIA, S.C. -- The family of a woman charged with murder after her 6-week-old son drowned in a pond at a Myrtle Beach outlet mall said she was overwhelmed by the challenges of returning to work as a first-time mom and dealing with an abusive boyfriend.
Jameisha Alexander was seen holding her son, King, near the pond Saturday night by someone who called security. By the time officers arrived, Alexander was gone and the baby was in the water, according to her arrest warrant.
Paramedics tried CPR but the boy died a short time later. Alexander was taken into custody two hours later after being involved in a wreck about 20 miles away, according to a police report.
Alexander, 24, was jailed on a murder charge pending a Tuesday court hearing. The report was partly redacted and police wouldn't discuss why they think she killed her son.
But Alexander's family said she was having a rough time, and while joyous, her son's birth made things tougher.
"She loved that baby with everything she had in her. I think she felt like she just couldn't do it herself," Alexander's mother, Sandra Jones, told The Associated Press by phone from the family's home in Carrboro, North Carolina.
Alexander had taken maternity leave from her job at McDonald's to recover from her cesarean section, and was nervous about returning to work, Jones said.
Jones said her daughter was intensely private and proud, pushing away offers to watch the baby or to get her other help. Jones said she discovered only after her daughter's arrest that Alexander was being seen for depression before and after giving birth.
Alexander hoped her boyfriend of a year-and-a-half would be more supportive after she got pregnant, but instead he moved her to a filthy home 20 miles from her family and went back to doing drugs and abusing her, Jones said.
Alexander's grandmother was in tears Tuesday, saying her granddaughter just wanted to make everything work.
"All she had to do was talk to me. I always take in whoever needs help. I guess she just felt like nobody cared -- when you get to that point," Melba Jones said, her words dissolving into quiet sobs.

A former Ohio mayor has admitted to repeatedly raping a child, prosecutors said — but the self-described Christian blames the girl for her own sexual abuse.

Richard Keenan, who served as mayor of Hubbard in 2010 and 2011, was indicted last month eight counts of rape and 12 counts of attempted rape and gross sexual imposition.

The 65-year-old Keenan pleaded not guilty last month during a court appearance, but prosecutors said he admitted to sexually assaulting the girl over a three-year period, beginning when she was 4 years old.

Prosecutors said Keenan confessed to the sex abuse to his wife, a pastor, a social worker and his brother- and sister-in-law.

According to court filings, the child told Keenan’s wife about the abuse and she confronted him — and he then admitted “I did it.”

He told a social worker there that he had molested the girl for at least two years, beginning in September 2013, but he blamed the child for initiating the sex acts and described her as a “willing participant.”

Keenan, who bragged about his Christian values after he was sworn in as mayor, also discussed the abuse at length with a pastor.

“I’m a Christian,” Keenan told the Vindicator in 2010. “Dedicating my life to Jesus has changed my life. Don’t preach it, but live it.”

A Houston woman who appeared in erotic videos torturing and killing puppies is the first person prosecuted under a federal law prohibiting so-called "crush" videos.

Ashley Nicole Richards, 25, pleaded guilty last year and was sentenced to 10 years on state charges.

Richards also became the first person charged under the Animal Crush Video Prohibition Act of 2010 and agreed to testify against Brent Wayne Justice, who produced and sold the obscene videos.

Justice, 55, is serving a 50-year prison sentence for his crimes. He was also sentenced last month to nearly five years under the federal law.

"I knew what crush videos were," said Houston police Officer Suzanne Hollifield, who originally investigated the case after a tip from PETA. "I had been trained to recognize them, but I never expected to see something like that in my career."

Houston police sought help from the FBI, whose agents followed the videos' "digital breadcrumbs" to clients across the U.S. and as far away as Pakistan and Italy.

"It is very cruel video with lots of action and sexy scenes you will like," read one e-mail sent to a client. "Let me know if you like it and what you can afford."

"It's extremely violent. It's tough to watch," Ko said in a written statement. "It's gratifying to know they're arrested, behind bars, and not doing these types of crimes anymore."

A Hamilton man is facing 40 charges after the seven-year-old daughter of his girlfriend was allegedly made available for sex through Craigslist and sexually assaulted by multiple people.

The investigation stemming from this case — dubbed Project Links — has also led to charges against the girl's mother, and seven other people. The six-month, multi-jurisdictional investigation involved four Canadian police services as well as U.S. Homeland Security Investigations.

The assaults came to light when the Catholic Children's Aid Society of Hamilton alerted police to a possible child abuse case in May.
While interviewing the girl on May 3, police said she revealed her mom's boyfriend was sexually assaulting her.

That night, police arrested a 34-year-old Hamilton man, who is charged with multiple counts of sexual assault, sexual interference, making and possessing child pornography, as well as one count of voyeurism.

The voyeurism charge relates to the seven-year-old victim's older sister, who is younger than 16, said Det. Sgt. David Dunbar of the victims of crime unit. Police would not specify her exact age.

The girl's mother — a 39-year-old Hamilton woman — was charged on Sept. 21 with failure to provide the necessities of life to a child, police said. She was released on a promise to appear.

Police executed a search warrant at a Hamilton home on May 4 — the day after the boyfriend was charged — where they seized some items. On May 11, another search warrant was executed, and police said they seized multiple electronic devices and additional property.

The investigation led police to information from electronic devices confirming that other people sexually assaulted the seven-year-old girl and were exchanging child pornography with each other.

"It's a very unique case because we're not used to a victimization of this nature — it's really graphic," Dunbar said.

"It's one of the worst, most heinous crimes we've seen because we've got multiple offenders and one young victim."

Four others were arrested, including:

Teen's spring break ended in gang rape, being fed to gators
Postmedia Network
First posted: Friday, December 02, 2016 04:15 PM EST | Updated: Friday, December 02, 2016 04:22 PM EST
Detectives believe a pretty upstate New York teen who vanished on a spring break trip to Myrtle Beach was fed to alligators after being gang-raped.
According to cops, pretty Brittanee Drexel, a high school soccer star, disappeared more than seven years ago but now the cold case is turning hot.
Taquan Brown, serving 25 years in prison on a manslaughter beef, has fingered the 17-year-old’s killer.
Brown is singing to detectives that he witnessed the girl’s murder. He claims the happy-go-lucky teen, who vanished April 25, 2009, was kidnapped, gang-raped, pistol-whipped and shot dead by a group of local thugs.
Brown alleged that Da’Shaun Taylor was the ringleader.
And after Brittanee was dead, Brown told cops her corpse was fed to alligators in a nearby swamp. Taylor told Crime Watch Daily that it’s Brown who is allegedly the killer.
“I don’t even know that guy,” Taylor told the TV show.
But there’s a twist.
Taylor’s father was arrested a year after the teen disappeared for trying to abduct another young girl in the area where Brittanee vanished.
“There’s so much I can’t say about this investigation, and the reason being it’s really at a sensitive point right now,” FBI Special Agent Mike Connelly said, adding there wasn’t enough evidence to charge Taylor.
“There are people out there who know what happened to Brittanee. We’re going to work as long as it takes until we can solve this case.”
The slaying seven years ago devastated the young girl’s family.
She wasn’t even supposed to be in South Carolina. The teen soccer star told her parents she was staying with a pal in Rochester, then she and two girlfriends drove to South Carolina for the break. She had begged her mom for weeks to go.
“And I told her, I said ‘No, Brittanee’,” Dawn Drexel said. “She goes, ‘Why? Nothing’s going to happen to me, mom’. I said, ‘Brittanee, there’s no parental supervision and I don’t know these kids you’re going with’, and I said ‘something’s going to happen to you’.”
Her parents soon learned the horrific truth. Brittanee had disappeared.
The last she was heard of was a ping that went off on her cell phone, 80 kilometres south of Myrtle Beach. Drexel’s body has never been recovered.

The Vigo County Sheriff’s Office arrested four people after a 9-year-old died weighing only 15 lbs.

At just before 4 a.m. Tuesday, medical teams responded to a home in the 11000 block of E. Lewsader Avenue in Northern Vigo County. The call was in response to Cameron Hoopingarner in cardiac arrest.

Cameron later died at Union Hospital, according to WTHI. Sheriff Ewing said the child suffered from cerebral palsy and was blind.

After an investigation, police served a search warrant at the home. They arrested 33-year-old Chad Kraemer, 56-year-old Hubert Kraemer, 53-year-old Robin Kraemer and 30-year-old Sarah Travioli.

Hubert and Robin Kraemer were Cameron’s guardians.

All four were charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in death and neglect of a dependent.

Chad Kraemer and Sarah Travioli were also charged with failure to report child neglect.

“It makes me mad, makes me mad that somebody could do this to a child, let alone a child that has physical handicaps and was blind…was given to a guardian to take care of. And this is how he gets treated? This is what he deserves? To be starved to death? What kind of animals are they?” Sheriff Ewing said.

Sheriff Ewing said photos from the scene reminded him of photos from Auschwitz.

All four suspects are scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning.
